Our stay in Folly Beach was absolutely beautiful, the home was comforting and cozy. We decided to check in a little early and the response time was immediate! Both of the balcony’s created an amazing gathering space to relax and chat with our friends, with the ocean as a backdrop 10/10 would recommend and stay in this exact home again! Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable!

Had a wedding to attended in the area and there was seven of us. The location was great. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo had great parking below making it easy to bring in our bags. The inside was spacious and very comfortable. It’s a great place to unwind. We would love to rent here again

The condo was very comfortable. It had a great view of the beach and super easy access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need. We were very pleased.

We can't say enough about this wonderful, oceanfront condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Folly Beach! The condo was well appointed with everything you need for staying in and cooking meals or walking a short distance to the restaurants on Center St. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings after coming in from the beach. Awesome location and cozy condo- what more could you ask for!

Located close to everything Folly Beach has to offer. Short walk to the Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was a big plus with the location. Would highly recommend if you want to be where close to the action at Folly.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend. The unit is in a fantastic location, right between two beach access paths and very walkable to downtown. We didn’t move the car once. The parking is great though, plenty of space. Also the view from the balconies is worth every penny!

Great location right on Folly Beach. Wonderful sunrises, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Folly and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The only real shortcoming was the lack of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. A big oversight when you consider the unit is all about its oceanfront location. Overall, a positive experience.

The property location is amazing with ocean views from the balconies. We saw dolphins every morning. It is also within walking distance of the restaurants and bars. The condo has plenty of room and is comfortable, although it could use some updating.

Very clean condo with updated and comfortable decor/furniture. We loved the balconies and quick access to the beach. Easy to walk to plenty of restaurants. I do think it could be helpful to let guests know to enter via Ashley instead of Arctic.

Easy booking. Very good communication with Folly’s Best. Views are amazing. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious townhome and never felt cramped. If I come back to the area in the future will try to book this spot again!

Stayed here with my parents, son, brother, sister-in-law and nephew. The location is wonderful! I could see my son and brother playing on the beach from the balcony. The place does need a bit of upgrading but it is clean, comfortable and a great place for a family vacation.

Really enjoyed this property, I have stayed in many of the condos on folly beach, this one was definitely a cut above the rest. Awesome communication with property manager, kept us aware of folly rules concerning Covid prior to arriving. Property itself was super nice and exceptionally cleaned. Great place to stay.
