We had 10 people (2 kids and 8 adults) staying at this property and we had a wonderful time. We were directly across the street from the beach and under 2 miles from town. The street was pretty quiet. The house was very well maintained and the manager was very responsive to our one call.

It’s a great house with lots of different rooms so guests can feel like they have their own space . The screened in porch , backyard and outdoor shower were great especially traveling with pets. We will definitely be back.

Cleanliness A+ and decor just added to it's beauty. Would highly recommend this property. Questions prior to visit answered quickly. Our trip was mainly visiting Charleston, but mornings and evenings here were relaxing and fun!

The house is comfortable and close to the beach. Beach was great. Nice outdoor spaces. Comfortable beds. It was nice to have some bedrooms on main floor and others upstairs. Clean and ample room.

Really enjoyed staying here. Had plenty of room and the walk to the beach was very easy and close by. Not having to pay for parking near the beach like other visitors to Folly is a BIG plus. The area where this rental is feels safe and secure. We had two 1 year olds with us and we never felt in danger or unsafe. The rental was fully stocked as stated and everything worked as it’s meant to. Will be staying here again in the future

Our experience was outstanding. The house exceeded expectations. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise. The fenced back yard was perfect for our small dog. Access to the beach was only 2 lots away. The beach was very nice. It was low key and relaxing. The second stairway was a plus also. We highly recommend this property to anyone. It is completely updated and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cooking items and serving items.

Our beach getaway with family was a wonderful way to ring in the New Year! Our family has plenty of room in the well furnished house. We took daily beach walks with our dog and collected many shells and shark teeth. Great place for a relaxing family gathering.

Awesome stay and property. Perfect for us! What an incredible location so close to beach, literally steps from access and privacy with marsh behind. The fenced-in yard and the gated area by back steps, made taking dogs out so Easy! (Would be great for kids too!) Back porch with the marsh view was perfect for coffee sipping and relaxing! Having 4 king beds was wonderful too! Also liked being able to close off upper bedrooms! Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Three of our adult children arrived on property a few hours prior to us. Upon our arrival they met us out front with big grins stating, "Mom, you're going to be so happy, the place definitely meets your cleaning standards." This property was immaculate. For being a beach property, there wasn't a grain of sand to be seen. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning up after the beach. One of my daughters preferred to shower there even when we hadn't been to the beach. The kitchen was functional, the island worked well for food prep, and the open concept kept me included in conversations with family relaxing in the living area. The location to the beach access was perfect. We were able to go back and forth easily to eat lunch, refill our water bottles, and use the facilities. The bathrooms were spacious enough to enable 4 young ladies and myself to do make-up and hair without getting in each other's way in preparation for a wedding that we attended, which was the main purpose of our trip to SC. I would love to return to this property with my family in the future.

House was exactly as portrayed and fit our family perfectly. We were located right across the street from the beach access, which made it very easy to come and go from the beach. Weather was great and waves were wonderful. Highly recommend both the beach and the house we rented.

Great stay! Right next to a public access to the beach. Nice and quiet with tons of room. Worked out perfectly with kids. Kitchen was stocked with tons of pots, pans, plates everything. Will be back again for sure!

Me and the family stayed here for a few days in July to celebrate our son’s birthday in the summer of 21. What a blast we had, love this house and the location plenty of room for your guest and a short walk to the surf. Will definitely be booking this house again!

We had a great stay in this house! Highlights include great location right across from beach access, extremely comfortable beds (4 kings and 2 twins), ceiling fans in each room, and a well stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the downstairs shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. Would recommend for sure!

We invited 8 other friends and family for a long weekend birthday celebration. The place was really good. Although I thought the indoor living space was a little small, the outdoor living space made it work just fine! We all enjoyed the location and the atmosphere at Folly Beach!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items to cook for our family. Also we are grateful they allow dogs. Our two pups love the beach and this house was perfect with a yard and across the street from the beach.
