Great communication with easy check-in. Condo was very clean and rooms set up nicely. Bathrooms were very nice and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Assigned parking was nice underneath complex. Outside parking for bigger SUVs, etc. Great access to the beach. It’s closer than picture shows. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. 15 minute drive to Publix and Walmart for other items. I would definitely recommend this condo for a stay

Love Folly Beach and all the island has to offer. This is an annual family vacation in which all my children from 3 different states gather for some sun, fun, and relaxation. We love coming to Folly Beach.

From start to finish, the process to book our Airbnb was seamless and easy. The condo itself was perfect for our stay in Folly Beach SC. The waterfront location had incredible views of the ocean, it was peaceful and the place was immaculate. I'd book this place again!!

We had such a good time staying in the condo. I loved that we all had our own bathrooms! It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach before it got crazy hot.

A perfect place to stay in Folly Beach, SC. We have stayed at other units in this building but this by far was the most beautifully decorated and renovated unit. We had a 3bed/3bath condo with gorgeous ocean views. The layout is perfect with plenty of room for 6 adults. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was also wonderful and very attentive to any questions we had prior to arrival, they even came by dropped off a little gift and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all it was a perfect vacation!!!

The condo was so beautiful - exactly as described and shown by the pictures. The location is simply ideal - right on the beach and completely walkable into the small town for coffee and lunch. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Our stay in Folly's Best was great! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beach. It is close to all of Folly's stores and restaurants and Charleston. Wish we had more time to spend there. I would definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was just a few blocks away from shops and restaurants. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and is really just steps from the beach. Charleston was a very easy 30 min drive.

Overall, the condo was a good option for our week long stay in the Charleston area. Our adult family of 6 utilized all the beds/baths and the condo/layout worked very well. Loved having a balcony facing the beach and not obstructed by other buildings - great place to gather for morning coffee and for a few of us to work remotely. Good distance from Charleston and surrounding area as we explored and toured. And good location from the main drag in Folly Beach - walkable to Center street but didn't really notice the noise from the downtown. Only thing that we noted was that any time the upstairs neighbor's little ones ran around, it was pretty noisy down in our condo. Not a deal breaker but kind of a funny "running" commentary in our group. I would recommend this condo to any group who wants to stay near the beach and also have close access to the Charleston area.

This condo is located within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and bars of Folly, but not on a busy or noisy street. Ocean views (and sounds) from the deck are amazing. Beach access is right across from the building. The condo is updated, nicely decorated and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

My wife and I took our almost three year old daughter and my seventy five year old parents to Folly Beach and stayed at this property. It’s a beautiful place and the location was great as well. Perfect ocean view from the condo and easy beach access. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean and the master bathroom is equipped with a beautiful, spacious shower. The condo was clean and very well maintained. A couple minor considerations. The parking area is very narrow and it was difficult pulling our van into the space without scraping the side. Also, I would recommend installation of grab bars for the showers. My father has balance issues and almost fell in the shower with nothing to grab onto. The people upstairs were very noisy most of the day but thankfully they quieted down between 10-11pm. Many people we talked to had previously stayed in this condo and raved about it but stated that they can no longer afford to stay there due to the price being so steep. I’m not sure we will return to this property for that same reason. But, for anyone that doesn’t mind the price, we highly recommend this property.

Amazing property and location. Very clean and decorated beautifully. The only issue we had was in the twin bedroom the blinds would not provide adequate privacy from the outside hallway. But overall AMAZING. 5/5 stars. Would stay again!! Great communication with the host, they even came to check on us during our stay and brought us a gift. Amazing. Totally recommend

Very updated, modern, and clean condo. Excellent view from balcony. If you’re a cook, you will love this kitchen. Had all the pots and pans utensils and things that you need for a cook. We cooked Thanksgiving there and I found everything I needed. Also loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom.

My husband and little dog Zoey along w our son, his wife and 2 daughters aged 8 & 11 spent 4 nights. The condo was even nicer than pics showed. 1 of the toilets had a problem but Michael was there to fix it within 20 minutes. He also brought extra liquid soap and hand sanitizer. We hope this condo will b available come fall break 2022. We would love yo come back here.

We have being staying in this unit since 2015. It is in a perfect location and very well maintained. This year to our surprise it was renovated with new kitchen counter tops & appliances. The bathrooms were all redone. The floors are new. There is probably more that I’m not mentioning. We didn’t think anything was wrong with it before. But now it is amazing. We just had a perfect family vacation there. The morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony and the family happy hours on the balcony after being at the beach all day are great memories. You will not be disappointed in this unit. It has plenty of room, up to date, and within walking distance to everything Folly Beach has to offer.
