One of Folly's Best! 3 by the Sea is a clean and comfortable 1 bedroom condo with hardwood floors throughout and a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress that makes sleeping heavenly in this oceanfront condo. It's located on the third floor of a 3-story elevated complex that sits directly on the beach. Wake up to enjoy the beautiful beach sunrise from your own balcony or relax on the porch and enjoy the warm sunshine watching the dolphins play while sipping your morning coffee. The night sky is perfect for stargazing while listening to the waves crash onto the shore. You even have access to a washer/dryer. You can park in your reserved parking space the entire time you are here because everything is within easy walking distance. You will find our condo clean and comfortable with tasteful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. You can enjoy the beach from the balcony or by crossing our private boardwalk over the dunes onto the sand. During the summer, enjoy the water at one of the only sections of beach with a lifeguard. Those that like to fish can walk less than a block to the Fishing Pier to join other anglers working these very productive spots. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors, and a grocery store are all nearby. This unit is a great base to explore the beach and the Historic City of Charleston.

3 By the Sea allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval.

Oceanfront Top Floor Condo
Great location ON THE BEACH and near the pier, and most especially Bert's, where we got everything we needed for breakfast and lunch. Everyone staying in the building seemed to have a dog, and ours had a great time. Lovely to sit in the chairs and look out over the ocean.

The condo was clean and well equipped for our group. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, cook ware, dishes and utensils that we could want during our stay. The three story walk up kept us fit during our stay. And the ocean views made the trip one of the more memorable ones we have taken. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back at another time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! There was a VRBO website glitch when booking and Folly Beach rental and Grace helped us straighten it out with no stress and in a timely manner. The location was PERFECT, exactly as advertised. Walked out our door, down the stairs to either the parking lot or the beach. Sounds of the waves greeted us every morning. And only one block from the local market, for supplies. The condo was clean, stocked with dishes and utensils, and lots of options on TV. If I had a question, Greg replied back almost immediately. Definitely want to come back again and would refer to anyone!

3C is a cool unit on the top floor facing the ocean. It is right next to the laundry unit but that did not bother us. Easy access to Bert’s and Chico Feo and the beach.

Excellent view; very nice bed; kind and responsive host. It was a wonderful weekend. The only thing to keep in mind is that you must climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage. So pack light!
