This place is amazing for a large group. It has big bedrooms with great views, and everything is clean. Great kitchen, living room and outdoor area. Love the hot tub area and the views of the ocean!

The property perfectly accommodated the varying ages of our group. We especially enjoyed the screened in beach front deck. The layout allowed us to have quiet naptimes for the little ones without the adults having to tip toe around. Plenty of things to do inside and outside of the house. Would highly recommend.

Our children and grandchildren gathered with us from Vancouver Canada, Ohio and Maine for a weeklong family reunion. The house was perfect for the twelve of us. We especially appreciated a less crowded beach and how well the various gathering places allowed for different groupings of children and/or adults. The kitchen was big enough and well appointed. We had a fabulous time!

Nice house on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 10 (even sufficient indoor and outdoor seating). Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. Everyone loved the pool table as well. We really enjoyed our stay and had no problems or concerns at all.

Wow, talk about location, location, location! We came as a group of 13 with a mix of teens, kids, and adults. The property has a laid back feel, so if you are looking for fancy, this isn't it. If you want a comfortable, clean, has-everything-you-need stay, this property has it all. The back porch has breath-taking views, and was our favorite place to be. The beach really is as close the pictures make it look. We had an unforgettable, wonderful stay!

My family and I had a nice stay at this property. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The property had great access to the beach, and the house itself had plenty of space inside and out side for us to enjoy. I wish the weather was better for us during our stay, but luckily, the house offered plenty for us to stay occupied. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay at this property again.

We enjoyed staying at Greg’s place for our Thanksgiving getaway with family. It was super nice, had great access to the beach, and conveniently located to other amenities. The place was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the beach. It was also close to several grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this wonderful ocean front home.

Great stay with friends. Convenient location to the beach and also to downtown. This is the quiet side from our experience of Ashley. We will definitely come again if we can. The house is clean and comfortable and the porch and deck are perfect for varying weather conditions. It would comfortably hold 10 or more. Management company took care of our needs and communications were prompt. A+

We had a great time at the beach and being right on the beach made it so easy to go for a walk and play beach activities. The surf was low but the boogie boards worked that we rented. The accommodations were top notch and everything worked. My only negative was the rental place that dropped off the bikes, surf boards and boogie boards. They picked them up way to early on Sunday when the surf was at its peak so we missed out on that. Plus the bikes they dropped off were locked together so we could not use them. Fortunately the owners had two old bikes in the back yard we could use. All in all, a good weekend.

Recently stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Very roomy, plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking or grilling. About a 30 minute walk along the beach to the pier, meaning you get a relatively quiet section of the beach to yourself!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. We loved everything about it and will be staying again. The hot tub with the ocean in the background is a huge plus during the winter. Great experience 2 times in a row.

We loved this house and location. It was clean and located right on the ocean with lovely views. It fit my entire family of four plus my parents and brother very comfortably. The dolphins love to hang out right in front of this house. We sat on the porch for hours watching them play. Great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice, quiet, comfortable place to enjoy everything that Folly Beach and the nearby Charleston area has to offer. Easily accessible and right on the beach. Our dogs really enjoyed it, too!

We had a great stay!! Loved being right on the beach, waking up to the waves was my #1 priority and this place delivers. The two living areas would be great for larger groups and so fun to have a hot tub (rare for beach rentals!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly beachfront rental.

This was a wonderful getaway! House was great and just as described. The hot tub was a big hit, especially with colder weather. Minutes away from our favorite places to eat and drink! We will definitely stay again! We were offered late check out for a small fee and that was a plus, so we weren’t rushed and could still enjoy part of our last day!

Loved our stay at this house. We have a large family and the lay out of the house allowed everyone their privacy. The 2 kitchens were perfect for cooking Thanksgiving for 14 people. We will be back for sure.

We were lucky to get out of NJ for a few weeks and spend April in Folly Beach. This house is our favorite, as you wake in the morning you can see the waves rolling in from your bed. The beds are very comfortable and all the furniture is new, leather sectionals upstair and downstairs. The kitchen is clean and well stocked with new appliances and granite counters. We spent the days on the beach, dinner in screened porch and the nights in the hot tub and playing pool... super relaxing. The water gets deep gradually, so you can play in the surf and ride the waves. It's basically a private beach, limited public access, so no crowds. Dogs can go on the beach early AM and evenings. Didn't get to fish, need to go back to try that!!

We arrived on Sunday afternoon, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job preparing the home for our arrival. Everyone in the family enjoyed looking at the bedrooms to choose what was best for them, and everyone was more than satisfied! The updated kitchen served our needs perfectly, as there was space for groceries and it was stocked with all that we needed to cook. The location on the beach was amazing! It was incredible to go back and forth from the beach to the home so easily. The deck was good for morning and evening time outside. The screened in porch was delightful as well to escape the sun. The AC worked great and offered a refreshing escape. The TVs and pool table all worked perfectly and the main dining room table was exactly what we needed for family meals and card playing. There was plenty of parking and the house is a very short and easy drive to the restaurants on Folly and the other businesses off the island. We highly recommend this house!!

We spent 3 weeks on Folly and the only downside was having to leave. The house was everything we could ask for in a beach house...starting with the fact that it's literally on the beach. Another huge plus is that there is both an open deck if you want to lie in the sun, and a screened in porch if you . want some shade. We grilled every night we were there and ate on the deck almost every night, but a big full kitchen and dining room enabled us to have a few grand meals on the 1-2 nights it rained (in 3 weeks). We were only one family so we had a ton of room to spread out, but with a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms . on each floor, there's plenty of room for 2-3 families. And the hot tub and pool table provided plenty of nighttime fun for everyone. The town of Folly and the people are very laid back like you'd hope in a beach town. We'll be back.

We loved our time at the beach house. Folly Beach is laid back and relaxing, and the house has a similar vibe. The screened-in porch is one of the highlights of the place, we love it for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The view and sounds of the ocean are the best. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is new and well-equipped, even for larger groups. We had 12 people there and prepared a lot of meals. And there’s lots of room inside for hanging out - very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the pool table and the big dining table is great for playing games. And the hot tub is amazing! Perfect way to end a day at the beach.
