Very quaint condo with amazing views of the ocean and easy walk to all the places in Folly you want to go! We were there in the off-season and it was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely long weekend trip!

Best family vacation ever! Definitely will book again next year. Didn’t use our car at all the entire stay. Everything was walkable and the restaurants around town were amazing. We actually liked the cardio we got from staying on the third floor. Helped us burn off all the pineapple whip we ate. Can’t say enough about this place.

We have come to Folly many times in the past few years and this might be our favorite place to stay! It was fun to meet the other neighbor pets people brought on vacation and we loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The place was very comfortable and had every amenity we needed. It was quiet and a wonderful place for a family to stay!

Perfect beach front stay for a couple + dog. The condo is exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Walkable to restaurants and Bert’s market 1-block away. Price was comparable to other properties, and can’t beat the convenience of being directly on the beach.

The view from this condo is simply spectacular. I was very impressed with how clean and easy it was to check in. We did have an issue where a non-rental tenant was parked in our spot. Upon calling the office at 5:15pm on a Saturday, they were more than helpful and got us situated. You are close to everything, the kitchen is fully stocked, and all the supplies you need are provided. I will definitely be booking another reservation at these condos for our family. However, if you are bringing a dog, I would recommend reserving an A or D unit as the C and B units are in the middle and people have to cross over your view to get to the end condos. Made my dog crazy but yours may be different. Also, by renting an end unit, you can let your dog out on the porch while you sit and gaze out into the ocean; just bring one baby gate to secure your fur baby from getting out. Soo impressed, thank you so much FBR!

Our family booked a last minute trip to Folly Beach for a short Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to prepare a nice feast for 4 in the condo's kitchen -- we found everything we needed. The top floor location is wonderful for the lovely views of the ocean, and we enjoyed several walks on the beach which was easily accessible. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our first visit to Folly Beach!

Great location but a few things could have made the stay better and should be disclosed. Can’t adjust temp below 72. I understand you can’t have folks turning AC down to 68 however 70 would be a much more comfortable setting for warm natured folks. The pillows are terrible. Bring your own. TV in bedroom is at the side of the bed. Pretty much useless if you want to watch TV in bed. View was fantastic and the place was great overall. A few minor tweeks and this place is a 5 star all day long

We spent a couple beautiful days at Folly. We normally stay at The Tides, but we brought our dog Loki and thought the condo would be a better fit. We loved the location being that we had been to Folly numerous times. Loki was the third floor greeter and for her she was super comfortable. and she stayed off the furniture. She is not allowed at home. All in all, we loved our stay. One thing, a dumb waiter for luggage would be great 48 stairs up, 48 stairs down.

Nice property, very clean and well stocked. The only negatives are that it's a 3rd floor walk-up, and that the stairs leading up to the 3rd floor are directly in front of the window (those coming up to the other units on the 3rd floor like to stop and look in). There are blinds that you can close, but then you lose the beautiful view of the ocean. Overall, very nice property and it is well maintained.

Really enjoyed my stay on Folly Beach with my two Lakeland terriers. Having the parking space is key. Location is amazing; just a short walk to Bert's and Chico Feo. Be ready to walk up and down stairs. Well worth it for the view and location.

Very easy rental process and check in/out. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with us which can sometimes be tough to find a nice place. The location was amazing and couldn’t imagine anywhere more convenient and nice. Will always check back here first when planning a trip to Folly Beach. Thanks so much for being wonderful hosts!

We had a great time on our mini- vacation. The condo was very nice and very clean. It was decorated nicely and everything looked pretty up- to-date and fresh. We had a great view of the ocean and we got our exercise walking up the steps. The bed was nice and comfortable and the sheets were very fresh and clean. The condo was very handy to restaurants and the little grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Just a couple of blocks from downtown Folly Beach, perfect one bedroom with King, outstanding views, 40 feet from beach. Clean, well decorated, nice kitchen. 3rd floor, so be ok with 49 steps :). Mattress on King Bed needs to be replaced, and fireplace was on paper big draw, but never could get it to stay lit. Would stay here again though!

Just got back from a long weekend at Beautiful Sunrise and had a great time. The location cannot be beat!!! Located on the top floor, directly on the water gives you gorgeous ocean views. And when it comes time for dinner, you are a two minute walk from the bars and restaurants of Center Street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this experience was easy-peasy enjoyable. Booking and check-in was a snap, the property was sparkling clean, and the location was PERFECT. Right on the beach, just like in the pictures—and no fighting for parking! Do yourself a favor— grab this property, book the chair and umbrella company they recommend in their email (trust me on this one), stick your toes in the soft, soft sand and relax!

This rental was exactly as described, pictured and reviewed. Very clean and welcoming. Right on the beach. Just a few blocks walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Small grocery store just steps away. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, board games, extra blankets, and anything you could think of for a beach stay. Check in was simple and perfect. Great location. Park the car and walk everywhere. The balconies are shared and also the washer/dryer room shared between two units. That shared utility room felt a little strange to us. Now if you had another couple that you knew able to rent right beside you that would be great.

I really loved this property, the view everyday was perfect and it was on and off the beach so easily. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. If only say if you have trouble with steps don’t choose this third floor unit, maybe a lower floor, but I loved the steps:) I’ll be back for sure

Very nice accommodations. Centrally located to shops and restaurants within a short walk. The rental company was very responsive to our needs when the air conditioning quit and the condo reached 84 degrees at midnight. It was repaired the next day. Thankfully there are screens to let in the ocean breeze. The 7-flight, 57-step climb up to the unit is not for the faint of heart! You do get your exercise. Sitting on the porch watching the sunrise and action on the beach is worth the climb!

This was exactly what we'd hoped: airy, bright, comfortable, and right on the beach. Yes, you have to climb the stairs, but once you're up there the views make it worthwhile. The kitchen was well-equipped, the sofa and bed were perfectly comfortable, and the easy chairs on the deck were, again, perfect. Easy 2-block walk to main street, where we loved the unique local vibe that Folly Beach offers. We can't wait to come back!

This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever rented! That includes hotels. The place was also very organized. The view of the beach was great. the location is the best. We were able to walk to some of the best restaurant and a local grocery was near enough for the basics. It was also dog friendly so our dog, Clarence was able to enjoy watching the beach from the porch.
