This was our first (true) vacation and my first ever Vrbo experience. I was so pleased with the cottage. I wanted something simple but it was lovely. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch. The booking was easy and if I ever return to SC I will want to book this cottage again.

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our recent visit to Champagne Cottage. The home was nicely furnished and the perfect size for my husband, son, and I. It was a short walk to the beach as well as 0.5 mile walk to many great local restaurants.

We were very happy with the appearance overall of the cottage inside and out. It was also very well stocked with kitchen items, comforters, sheets, towels. The location was awesome as our family was only 2 blocks away, the tennis courts were 2 blocks away, the beach was 3 blocks away. We've been to folly beach several times before but this so far has been our favorite place and hope to stay here again.

Cottage was super clean, roomy, bright and close to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood. Communication excellent. Very comfortable bed! Quick in person stop by to be sure our stay was going well! Nice touch.

My sister and I rented this cottage for a weekend get-away, and we loved our time here. The cottage was super clean and beautifully decorated with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need including refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot, cutting boards, knives, serving pieces, bakeware, etc. The living room and kitchen are open to each other, and with the high ceiling, it felt very spacious. We enjoyed the deck with chairs and table under a large oak tree for outdoor time. The yard was well maintained. The cottage has two bathrooms so we could each have our own which was a nice perk. It was a short two-block walk to the beach and a four-block walk to Center Street which was super convenient. There was plenty of room to park two cars just off the street by the entry door. Coupled with the fact that there are only about four steps up to the door made it super easy to load and unload. All in all this cottage was just perfect! We can't wait to come back to Folly Beach and stay at Champagne Cottage again.

The house was very clean and convenient for visiting the beach! I loved that they had essentials for us to use like dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc. The washing machine/dryer was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved having a TV in the bedroom. The only negative was no blinds on the high windows in one bedroom so we woke as soon as the sun came up. We loved staying here and would choose the cottage again.

Nice place, however could greatly be if it with a few amenities like Keurig coffee pods, soap, possibly champagne in the ‘Champagne Cottage’.

Loved the house and location. House is even better than the pictures. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that the TV didn't work. I sent two messages via the VRBO app, but never heard back. Also, no small perks like coffee, salt and pepper, or any staples. Those small things like coffee and sugar, spices and oil... are all things that really add to a VRBO experience.

This property was perfect! The house was clean and very well taken care of! The house was close to the cutest grocery store I have ever seen called Bert’s! Walking distance to Bert’s and The liquor store. Oh and Bert’s has free coffee in the mornings! The house was walking distance to the beach and also to the main strip of Folly Beach where restaurants bars and retail shops are located. I would definitely stay here again and again! Make sure that you get the dessert from Bert’s, the cheesecake is to die for! I felt very very safe in this area also!

My college age son, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Champagne Cottage! The house was small but very open and did not feel small-every space is used to it's best use! We have rented many times before (big houses too) and this was one of the best stocked kitchens we have rented! We also enjoyed the small deck outside! I would highly recommend this property.

The property was so clean we wondered if we might be the first to stay in the home. It was a very short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less) and the beach was so nice. Water was warm, a nice breeze all day and then back to a relaxing evening at home. If you are looking for a restful, laid back vacation this home fits the bill!
