One of Folly's Best, Easy E is a large, laid-back beach house with an amazing outdoor area the whole family can enjoy. Featuring a pool, hot tub, large fenced-in backyard, and space for up to 10 guests, this home is the ideal Folly Beach retreat.

Inside you will find four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious open living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen has all the items you need to make this house feel like home during your stay. The first bedroom is full of natural light and you will find an XL full-sized bed. In the next room, you will find two twin beds and a full-sized futon that attaches to a shower tub combo shared bathroom. There is a primary bedroom with en suite bathroom and an XL full bed and futon. The final bedroom is a personal suite, featuring a sitting area, bathroom, screen porch, extra kitchen, access to the back deck, and an XL full bed. Please note: multiple single step transitions throughout property.

The side screened porch and large back deck give you extra spaces to enjoy this little paradise with the yard wrapping around to access the back where you will find an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, pool and hot tub. Grill use: charcoal and cleaning responsibility of the guest.
