I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our vacation. It is super close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and just the right amount of space for me and my husband to enjoy our beach vacation

Excellent beach rental unit - Our first time in the Folly Beach area and it won't be our last. Comfortable bed, decently fast wifi, and just a great spot to relax and hangout on the deck. One nice bonus is you're easy walking distance to a quaint 24/7 grocery store with everything you could ever need. Terrific stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a great beachfront location with beautiful views and a quick walk to any downtown Folly Beach restaurants and shops! Pet friendly was a plus. Quietest days were Sunday to Wednesday. Be prepared for the stairs 😄

This was an amazing location. for EVERYTHING! Its right on the beach and you never have to use a car!! Restaurants bars shops bike rentals all from one to 3 blocks...has beach lifeguard on duty right beside us and the beach was soooo clean! The BEST has excellent and quick communication and responsiveness! The view could not be beat and onnnn that FANCY shower! We will definitely be back more sooner than later!

great location right on the beach. walking distance to everything. we traveled with 2 dogs. I had questions in regards to them and best rentals customer service was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely go again!

Lovely, well- stocked corner unit with plenty of light and an oceanfront view. Third floor offers great panorama of Folly Pier and beach. Be aware- approximately 50 steps to reach unit so unloading and loading can be a hassle!

Absolutely fantastic location. Corner condo with an amazing view of the ocean and pier. Easy to get out onto the beach. Incredibly close to all the shops, restaurants, and Bert’s. Will definitely book again!!!

This was our first visit to Folly and we absolutely loved it!! The location of our condo was PERFECT. We were seconds away from the beach, restaurants and my new favorite grocery store, Bert’s Market. The condo was clean, updated and had all of the essentials. And the shower was beautiful! And I also loved being able to catch up on laundry so I didn’t have as much to do when we got home. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back soon!!

I graduated from CofC many years ago and wanted to bring my 3 (now 4) year old daughter to visit. Downtown has changed so much, but folly has remained. It has the charm and the fun that it used to! My daughter LOVED it and keeps telling me that we need to go back! I’m so glad that this rental allowed me to share a place that is so close to my heart with my daughter! 100% recommend!

Beautiful view right at the dunes with great location right in town. The condo was especially comfortable for our small family: us, our 3 year old & our dog. Thank you for being dog friendly. The kitchen was perfect, comfortable KING bed & modern shower

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved the location. It's close to all businesses and restaurants on Main St. and it has a great view of the ocean which is an easy walk to the beach. We saw some amazing sunrises and even some dolphins swimming nearby. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The listing is transparent in letting you know about the climb to the 3rd floor and it does give you a work out especially when arriving with luggage. There is also a shared laundry room as it states so it requires some coordination and consideration with your neighbors to wash clothes. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would recommend it for any beach lovers.

Very clean, great location. The fact that you weren’t permitted to maneuver a/c lower than 72 was disappointing. Also think that beach chairs should be included in price.

Very clean property right on the beach. Shower was amazing and the kitchen has any pan/appliance you may need. The area was quiet for the most part. Still working on pier so some noise from there but not bad. Loved sitting on the porch in the evening just listening to the surf. A block to Berts market and a couple blocks to restaurants and shops.

My wife and I started staying at FBS3A not long after it was built. It has been a number of years since we visited FB and we were delighted to find this place as good as ever and much improved in some areas. The remodeled kitchen is very nice and the new (to us) shower is fantastic! My wife especially liked the fact that the shower floor was not cold. Two comments for you to consider as possible improvements: 1) the blind on the large window does not come all the way to the bottom. Leaving a 4-5 inch crack which we covered up with a blanket. 2) we were not aware that you no longer have cable but just Roku. I had to call the property manager and they sent someone out to straighten it out. Some sort of job aid for us folks that use cable and not Roku would be a great help. God willing, we will definitely be staying here again.

Darling property a close walk to the fun of Folly. The stairs are a good work out. The only surprise was the washer and dryer are in a room shared by the adjoining unit.

The property is in a wonderful location close to restaurants and other activities. The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning watching the sun rise. This property is on the 3rd floor and is actually 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. There is no elevator. The management company stopped by to make sure everything was working during our stay. The only thing that bothered me was that they wanted $100 for an early or late check out. This property is all ready expensive with a hefty managment and cleaning fee. Another $100 seems usurious. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again.

Great place for my fiancé and I. Corner unit on the 3rd floor. No elevator so be prepared to walk up a few steps. The unit was clean and maintained. No real issues. We only stayed a few days so we did not utilize the washer/dryer. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Property was perfect for my husband and I and our pups. Location was great and you could walk to all restaurants/shops. Our favorite part was the view and being able to sit outside our door and watch the waves and beach.

Overall, great stay! When we first arrived, the AC wasn’t working. The unit was hot! But after a call, they had it fixed quickly. The view was outstanding and the bed was very comfy.
