Folly Hill

A very nice townhome with plenty of space to spread out.Very clean floors - socks stayed clean. Well equipped with kitchen extras (serving platters, waffle iron, games, books). All 3 beds were king sized and very comfortable. Extra pillows and linens were great.Walking distance to downtown and beach. The dock was pretty for sunset. Porches for morning coffee and evening wind down overlooking the marsh were lovely.

A wonderful location for the 6 of us. Everyone just loved the property. We loved the floor plan, the comfortable rooms and furniture and the beautiful kitchen. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaixinf in the evening.

Very nice townhouse just a couple blocks from downtown Folly Beach. Short walk to the beach itself. We enjoyed all that Folly has to offer and returning to our comfortable home in the evening. All the amenities were first class. Also love having a garage for the car. We even went crabbing on the pier by the pool.

We Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is Absolutely immaculate! The cleanest place we’ve stayed in , in a longtime. Within walking distance to everything, which we Love! This townhouse was equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Will definitely be back!!

Great Beach Getaway We decided to go to Folly Beach to celebrate our Grand daughter’s 3rd Birthday! It was a big condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was well within walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes). There is one bedroom with a connected bathroom on the first living floor! (Mimi has arthritic knees , so the younger generation were all able to spread out on the 3rd level with their own back deck and their own bathrooms! The closet in the larger bedroom was big enough for our grandson (10 months) to sleep in his pack and play! There were chairs for the beach to use for the family. It was a great place to vacation, in a quiet Condo neighborhood, complete with an outside (smallish) pool. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to rent this high quality condo!

We had the most relaxing weekend reconnect. Almost everything is within walking distance but renting the golf cart allowed us to really explore and have fun on the island. Would definitely recommend this property and Folly Beach.

We had a great trip. The town house was clean, spacious and well stocked. Perfect location- easy walk to the beach and downtown Folly. Also a quick Uber ride to Charleston. Would definitely book again

We have family that lives in Charleston so we visit a couple of times a year. We have stayed in this neighborhood a few times. This property is amazing! The management company does a great job of having everything cleaned and ready for your stay. The location of this townhouse is centrally located to everything a traveler needs. Would recommend this townhouse and management company to family and friends!

This home is in a wonderful location, close to downtown but still feels "away from it all". The beach is also a quick walk straight down second street. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and well maintained. I would love to repeat a stay! Highly recommend.

We loved this property. We’ve stayed at the Waters Edge community for years and this was the best one yet. Three king size beds, four functional modern TVs, nice simple decor, finished garage, awesome primary bedroom closet and all very clean. We hope to get this one again!

We have stayed in several homes in this community and this was our favorite so far. The house was super clean when we arrived. The furniture was comfy and we felt right at home. The beds were all great..not too firm or too soft. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We liked it so much we already made reservations to stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a week on Folly. Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and the pier, although we also rented a golf cart for the week to go out to the County Park beach, which we preferred. The pool on-site was very nice and rarely crowded, and there is a pier attached to the pool the you can walk down and watch the dolphins. Very clean property, enough cleaning and basic supplies for the week, and excellent response time from the property manager. All around a great place to say and we will be back!

Real nice and comfortable unit in Water's Edge, a cool little neighborhood only a short walk to the Ocean and town. Also convenient golf cart ride to James County Beach Club. The condo has everything you need, 3 comfy King beds, relaxing back and master decks, some games, beach chairs. But bring your own seasonings, beach towels, bikes or rent a golf cart. Plenty of parking in garage for two vehicles plus cart. Folly Beach is an incredible vacation, Folly Hill is a great rental.

Very clean and quick responses. The location was perfect! We rented a golf cart and drove around the entire island. The pool is super close. We would love to go back. They do not have any beach towels or any kitchen spices.
