Our family (six people and one dog) stayed at this house for a week. House was clean and comfortable. It was an easy (less than five minutes) walk to the beach, and a 15-20 minute walk to the pier. We enjoyed our stay here

We're very happy we chose this home. The home is set on a beautiful dead-end road just a very short walk to the beach. It has a nice spacious layout and great outdoor spaces, such as a glass sunroom, screened-in porch, and a large deck. It has a nice fenced-in back yard for our dog. It's also a very short drive to town and to the county park at the end of West Ashley Ave (great place to watch the sunset)! Overall it was very cozy and quiet. We hope to make it back!

Everyone enjoyed our week long stay!! The beach is a short block away and the neighborhood is lovely. The house was wonderful and allowed for inside or outside sitting areas with tables for meals. The kitchen was well appointed and the gas grill was great! We used it so much that we had to get a new propane tank for the next residents. The beds were very comfortable and towels were abundant! We will definitely come back next year for our family vaca!!

Great spot for our seven family members and three dogs. Short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of room, and multiple screened in porches. When we stay at Folly, we love picking up fresh seafood at Crosby's and cooking out, and the gas grill worked just fine. Lots of storage space under the house for beach "stuff", bikes, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Under 5min walk to beach and about 20min walk to Folly Main Street. Has a nice backyard and porch area and also plenty of space inside.

Great location just a short walk from the beach with lots of space on the property to enjoy as well. The fenced-in backyard made it super easy for us to stay with our dogs.

We rented this house for the weekend because my son is moving to Germany and we wanted to celebrate with our family of four. We had a great time, short walk to the beach, comfortable house and fenced in backyard made our trip enjoyable the neighborhood is very nice and the house had everything we needed. We hope to rent this house again.

The house was just as advertised. It was a 3-5min walk to the beach and 10-15min walk to shops and restaurants. We brought along our pup so the fenced backyard was a plus for us.

Great house for our honeymoon. 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet end of the island. House is spacious and well appointed. Perfect for our two dogs with fenced and secluded back yard.
