Fantastic place and perfect for the beach. Hardly any traffic nearby made the deck perfect for relaxing and feeling the ocean breeze. 3 year old loved his 1st beach trip. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location from Charleston. Good distance from beach. Property great for the kids and dogs. Loved screened in porch and deck with gate. Area under the house was nice when it rained. Would rent again

Close to the Citadel but far enough away so my cadet wasn’t required to wear the uniform. Good local restaurants. Bert’s is great.

The house has a classic beachy vibe just outside of the busier part of the island. Water was perfect with great waves all weekend. Friendly neighbors and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We'd definitely come back!

Really enjoyed this house! Super location and even though it’s not right in the beach close and still has views. Great green space for the dogs. house was clean and had everything you need! Will definitely be back.

Me and my family of five had a nice relaxing visit to this property. The unique location gives you tons of parking and privacy yet we were in the middle of the fun. The views from the deck of the ocean were perfect without paying front row price. The property is as advertised taking us back to a simpler beach rental time with smaller rooms and dated decorations and that was perfect for our family who was looking to relax in a fun and clean environment for a good value. Great communication from the property manager throughout the stay as well. Enjoyed!

Rented this home for my son’s graduation. It was just as described, a laid back beach house. It was clean,furniture was older but clean. We used the screened in porch and deck from sunrise to sunset. It was a short walk down the driveway to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone I know going to Folly beach.

Folly beach is known for being a more funky island and not completely transforming to the mega-beach houses (although there are some). THIS HOUSE is the true Folly Beach style! The house is furnished with thrift store finds and funky art, but was clean, tidy and super comfortable! We loved the open floor plan, the BIG DECK, and the ocean views. Just a short walk to the "washout" beach area where we watched a youth surf competition! My entire family was super comfortable here and we loved our stay!

The posting did not clarify if there was a grill, just want to mention that there is! 
The 3rd bathroom is a utility bath located under the house, great for the boys!

We went with this rental because of price and location. The best part was it's proximity to the beach and the comfy accommodations! We barley needed to bring our own supplies because of what was provided for us. Thanks - we had a great stay!
