well organized. Had added essentials for the beach that I was more than happy to clean because it saved money on having to rent seats. I would recommend using these guys next time if you're wanting to stay in the area.

My husband, three dogs, and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway. We loved the location, right on the beach and just a short walk to all the restaurants and stores on the main road. The space itself was clean & nicely decorated. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfectly decorated, cozy but stylish decor. All we needed for a few days on the ocean with a quick walk to all the restuarants and such on Center St., Close to Berts, and a place to park! First floor unit was nice with adirondacks for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We will be back!

We loved staying here with our dog Lucy. Being right on the beach is perfect. There are no worries here, if you forget something Bert’s will likely have it. The deck looking out at the ocean is great to have a glass of wine and decide on dinner. Crosby’s has fresh seafood if you prefer to cook ( there are plenty of kitchen tools but you will need olive oil and spices). There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Charleston is about 20 min. away if you feel like venturing out. There is no better sound than the surf on the beach to lull you to sleep and waking up to the sun and surf is unbeatable! We would love to stay here again and look forward to coming back!

Lovely location right on the beach and convenient to downtown and a small grocery. Parking was easy, amenities were nice, bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Location fantastic! perfect for 2 people and 3 dogs. Place had everything we needed. easy access to amazing restaurants and tiny mart within a block and the beach had great boogie boarding waves. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, the beach is right out the front door. Easy and quick walk to shops & local restaurants. Condo was clean and check in was easy. Perfect for our beach vacation and a plus that we were able to bring our dog!

Everything was perfect for our stay in Folly. Our favorite thing about this property was being so close to the ocean. The property management was great as well. If we had an issue or question, they were on top of it. Would definitely stay here again!

  It was a beautiful location and very convenient to Charleston. We really enjoyed how you could walk to restaurants and shops in Folly Beach and you didn’t have to drive if you didn’t want to. Great place to stay!

Our family including two boys (6,9) and our dog stayed here for spring break. The location was perfect, in the beach and close to center street but quiet. Communication was great and timely. Very streamlined rental process. We had a great time in Folly!

Perfect for a few days at the beach with our dog! Just a few steps down the boardwalk to the sand. The community stairs are right outside of the unit but we were still able to enjoy ocean views.

Smart apartment, great layout, ocean view and private boardwalk to beach, tall ceilings, well-planned kitchen with stove, fridge, micro, and dishwasher. All makes it easy to relax, do your own cooking, and turn social distance from others into a genuine getaway for two. Dog-friendly beach hours before 10am and after 6pm, which is when the beaches are not crowded, makes for great walks. Also an excellent fresh seafood store 3 minutes away by car (Crosby's Fish & Shrimp Company).

Great place to stay! My husband and I went for a quick anniversary getaway. Great access to the beach, restaurants are within walking distance, the pier is within walking distance. We are definitely going to go back!

We came down to Charleston to spend a long weekend for our anniversary and my birthday. Folly Beach was the perfect location, close to Charleston and surrounding sights such as the USS Yorktown. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We are always concerned with how comfortable beds are when we are traveling, this one was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies every night. Although the stairs are in front of the condo they only obstruct part of the view so this wasn't really an issue, the beach is only steps away. We highly recommend visiting the USS Yorktown if you haven't and a stop at the Bohemian Bull restaurant is a must especially on Sunday morning which is the only day they serve breakfast, it was FANTASTIC! The condo is right in town so you can walk to everything. All in all we had a wonderful time and we can certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short or longer get away.

Very clean ,great location. We had 1 small problem with the AC ,the staff handled it very quick and they were very pleasant to work with from the time we booked until we left. Thanks to the staff. We had a great time and look forward to returning.
