House By The Sea was just what we were looking for! It has lots of room and we absolutely loved the deck space! It was so close to all the awesome things to do in Folly! Also loved we could see and hear the ocean from the deck! Highly recommend!!!

I rented this to have Easter with my grown children. We all give this 5 stars! The layout, the sun deck, beach access, the views all so good. You will need your car to drive to main Folly Beach for dining out, shopping, bar hopping. You can grab a $20/day pkg lot and be all set. You can literally walk across street and right onto the beach. Easy peasy. From the sundeck you can watch sunrise over the ocean & sunset over Folly River. It doesn’t get any better. We are already discussing when we can go again.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations! We were quite impressed with how nice the kitchenware was, the furniture condition, comfort of mattresses, and the extremely short walk to the beach. Thank you for taking pride in the property to make it a great beach getaway.

Wonderful property. Perfect location. Comfortable Beds. Rent a bike or golf cart while you are there it is the best way to experience the Island. The Folly's Best was super accommodating to our dynamic schedule as we were there for a conference. Would definitely rent this location and from this company again.

Our family stayed for a weekend wedding. The place was just perfect! We didn't have much time to enjoy the area, but spent every moment we could there! We all want to go back for an extended stay!

The house is small, but comfortable and has beach supplies (chairs, floats) available. Great front porch from which you can hear the ocean. Location across from beach access is great. The only issues were with check in and departure. Check in was delayed as lock box didn't work due to power (weather) outage but repair to door access and wi fi made quickly by excellent facility management team. The only issue was miscommunication regarding our paid late check out ($100), which the owner was unaware of and unhappy about when arriving to deliver furniture after regular check out hours.

Great location across the street from direct beach access. We could hear the ocean and watch a nice thunderstorm even on an evening. Quite spot and nothing directly behind, so a view of the inlet side as well. All the things we needed for our stay were available.

Beautiful deck steps from beach access. Comfortable, and great view of the beach and the river. Love the screened in porch! Only thing that was misleading was the fact that it states pets allowed but really that means one small dog under 20 lbs. You pay and then have to sign a contract listing your pets. If you have more than one small pet they will let you know is email and you only have 48 hours to decline before you forfeit your entire rental if you want to cancel because of the pet policy. There are a lot of rules with the property management company. It is a beautiful house and I can kind of see why, but it is a hassle.
