Views of the ocean, pier and sunrise were amazing. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Proximity to market and restaurants couldn’t be better.

A Little Peace of Heaven was exactly that....fantastic. We had a wonderful time and it was really nice to be right on the beach with direct access. Definitely look forward to renting again.

The place is simple but has a million dollar view. Short easy walk to the beach, walkable into town. Tv was a little tricky to figure out how to change channels but didn’t ruin the trip in any way

The location was PERFECT! You are right on the water and 2 blocks from the main street. The condo itself is fine. It could use an update in paint and decor, but the bed was super comfy. The Wi-Fi was very lacking but they showed up to give us an alternate network to use which was very strong. I would say: A perfect location and a good condo.

If your looking for a 5 star hotel, keep looking. If your looking for an awesome beach experience, look no further. The place was just as described by others. It's older but was clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can't get any closer to the beach than this location. Also walking distance to local stores, restaurants and the peer. We had the best time here. Loved getting up every morning to watch the sun come up over the ocean. Would definitely come back, sad we had to leave...

Everything went well. Bed were very comfortable. Ice dispenser was full and we had enough of everything - towel, soap etc. Staff was helpful when we had a question. Great view and easy access to the beach and and town. Walking distance to everything.

I come to Folly yearly and always stay at this building. I love the proximity to the little town and I love that the building is on one end of a row of buildings so there’s a great view of the ocean and beach. This particular unit could use a little refresh of paint and upgrade but it is clean and the price was comparable to others. This unit is an end unit so the view is the best in the building and there’s a lot of light coming in through the side windows.

The oceanfront view was the reason I chose this unit and it did not disappoint. :) I liked sitting on the porch listening to the ocean while I ate. I liked being able to walk down the stairs and onto the beach. The bed was comfortable. Because the walls are thin any outside, next door, or upstairs noise is easily heard.

The location was wonderful. The room was very nice and all we needed for the week. The walls, floors and ceilings are a little thin. We heard every noise our neighbors made. Working with the rental facility was very good. Great and fast responses.

This rental was worth it for the location. It's right on Folly Beach with private beach access and only about half an hour from downtown Charleston. The rental itself was clean but clearly looked well used with several things being outdated.

This apartment is clean and well located to downtown Folly and Bert's store. Waking up to the beach sunrises can never be overestimated in terms of serenity. The maintenance/property manager are prompt to address any concern. We had to have a hotspot installed because of ongoing Wifi issues. Understand that in this condo/apartment complex, there are lots of dog owners.

It was perfect for us. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and beach. Place was clean and a nice layout. Only downside is you can hear the people above and they move around. Other than that, it was a great place to say.

This location is perfect for beach views, access and pure relaxation. We walked everywhere from this condo, breakfast , lunch, and beach. Also found the perfect neighborhood grocery store on 2nd Ave. The space is perfect size for a couple, but it is definately in need of updating. The cabinets in the kitchen and bath are wornout, the floor appears to have suffered through a flood. Bathroom ceiling and walls are rough. Space was still very comfortable. For the fees charged for this stay , I would expect things to be a little nicer. But location is key here.

This Folly beach spot is perfect for a couple wanting a spot right on the beach. 20ish min from downtown Charleston and right on the water within walking distance of the local establishments. For anyone wanting to not only hear the waves while the fall asleep, they can watch them as the fall asleep!

This is the perfect getaway for a small family. It has great access to the beach with a great view. Everything you need is within walking distance. The memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. Basic necessities with cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back in the future.

Little Peace of Heaven was just as its name suggests. We loved our stay! My kids thought it was just perfect for us! The accommodations were very comfortable. The porch is the best feature. We spent a lot of time out there from watching the sunrise to talking about our day. It was the perfect place to enjoy each other. We can not wait to return!

This was my first time using any rental site so of course I was a little hesitant. This could not have been any easier! The pictures were spot on, location was perfect beach front with easy access, and the condo was very clean and supplied well! We can not wait to come back and visit all the amazing people we met during our 5 day trip to Folly. We wish we could have stayed longer, thank you for an unforgettable trip, we will be back!!

The location was perfect for the supermarket, center street, and most of all the beach! We will definitely be returning to Folly Beach to do things we didn’t have time to. The restaurants were fantastic and the people that live there are very friendly.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It could use some updating but what is there is comfortable and well taken care of. The view is wonderful!! The suggestions from the owners were great even for us who have been to Folly many times before. The only negative wasn't even this units fault. The unit next door shares a laundry room with this unit. We were planning on doing some laundry the night before we left since we had another stop to make on our way home. The couple next door left that morning and the cleaning lady arrived around 3pm to clean the other unit and did not finish till after 10pm. She tied up the laundry room the entire time. For a one bedroom unit there sure seemed like a lot of laundry to be done. We ended up stopping at a laundry on our way to the next stop. But like we said this was a great time and a great place to stay.

Great view! Great location! Perfect size for two adults.
The only negative for this unit is it needs updated. The kitchen cabinets are worn out as well as the appliances and oh there is no dishwasher. It didn’t matter to us so much since we ate our meals out.
The bathroom could also use a makeover.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location to all the fun Folly Beach has to offer. It is a corner unit which provides some privacy. Beach front was awesome. Condo itself was nice. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but we were able to sleep! Only thing that we see that could be of benefit, is a new higher sitting toilet. I know that sounds crazy but the toilet looks and sits like a toddler toilet. Ladies at rental office are awesome. They assisted my husband in having roses and wine waiting on our arrival for Valentine's Day! Great group of ladies!

Overall this is a nice property and somewhat of a mixed bag:
GOOD 1) fantastic view of ocean 2) great location easy walk to everything 3) unit was VERY clean for a rental. 4) management very responsive to needs
NO SO GOOD:1) kitchen is outdated and VERY spartan; do not plan on any major meal prep here. 2). Bed is VERY firm so be aware if this is not your taste. 3) very limited storage space for any groceries due to footprint of kitchen 

On balance, not a bad place at all just needs updating.

We were very happy with the condo and location. The ease of the check in process great ! The only recommendation would be to update the fixtures and paint but for us that was not a big deal. Would most certainly stay there again !!

Great location with ocean view, easy beach access, easy walk to stores, and restaurants. Clean with comfortable, updated furniture, Attentive host installed a towel hook in the bathroom within an hour or two of our request. It was a great place to relax!

This was our second stay at Little Peace of Heaven. The mattress & sofa are comfy. The unit was very clean. We ate all meals out but the kitchen looked well-equipped. Lots of natural light, great oceanfront view from deck where we spent much time looking at the ocean from the Adirondack chairs. Anyone with mobility difficulties, be aware that there are 34 stairs to get to this second-story condo; however, as senior citizens, we still found it very doable. This condo is within easy walking distance to favorite Folly Beach restaurants--Rita's, Taco Boy...and to Lost Dog Cafe where we ate breakfast every day. The reservation process appears to have been streamlined since we last rented--much easier to understand the process and it was more timely. Parking for the unit is directly below, very convenient. We would definitely book here again. It will earn 5 stars next time if they move checkout from 10am to 11am...everyone wants that one last, leisurely walk on the beach. :)

This place is the perfect location if you are looking to stay in the ocean. We have a beautiful view of the ocean from inside and the balcony! They is a very short walk to the shops, restaurants and the pier. This one bedroom also had a pull out couch which was great for 2 adults and 2 children ( ages 4 & 6).

Folly's Best is great to work with. The location and view of the condo is perfect, we probably spent half of our time on the porch. The condo could use some TLC but still a great place to stay.

Had such an amazing stay - we didn't want to leave! Great location (just 5 minute walk to "downtown" Folly - TACO BOY - and pier), quiet and clean. LOVED sitting on the balcony when we weren't at the beach. Having the shower coming off the beach was crucial. Can't wait to come back! I think fitting more than two would be a bit crowded, but the space was perfect for just the two of us. I will say, the bedroom gets VERY bright in the mornings, making it hard to sleep in - but makes for an early start to pack in a day!

This beachfront condo is located in a great spot-everything you need is in walking distance. The price was reasonable but unfortunately it is need of some attention. The stove worked sporadically, several pans were rusted and/or had non-stick coating flaking off, there is no DW, the LR furniture is dated, faded and uncomfortable, and the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The porch provided a fantastic view and an oceanfront breeze, but we had to walk right in front of the folks in the unit next to us every time we went up or downstairs. The "shared" porch is a little awkward. The rental process was really easy and Folly's Best Rentals did a great job. Folly Beach was lots of fun and we look forward to coming back!
