One of Folly's Best! Making memories will be easy in this spacious oceanfront home equipped with its very own private dock. There is off-street parking for 5 vehicles and up to 10 guests can be accommodated comfortably. On property you will find picnic tables, a hammock, and an outdoor shower. The back deck has both covered and non-covered areas which are perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean!
The owners of this property have covered all bases to make sure your vacation is easy breezy. For your convenience there is a commercial size ice maker, washer and dryer, and not just one but two refrigerators! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the open layout makes this home a perfect gathering spot for large groups and families. Start making your Folly memories today!

We came to Folly to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and spend time with her friends and family who live in the area. As soon as you walk in you have panoramic views of the ocean from all of the large windows and doors. The location was perfect with the beach boardwalk, and a easy walk to downtown Folly. The master bed was also extremely comfortable (didn't try the others). I highly suggest this property!

"Quiet location but close enough to town to walk for lunch or dinner every day (about 1/2 hour). Ocean is right at your door! The screen porch is the perfect spot to sit at night and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The house was clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds and linens very comfortable. Would definitely rent this house again!"
