We absolutely loved this condo. Everything we needed was right there. The pool was clean and well maintained it was very quiet and the marshland view was wonderful. A very short walk to ocean shops and restaurants. The condo was large and decorated beach style. We will for sure be back!! Highly recommend!!

The condo was absolutely perfect for a long weekend stay! Close proximity to restaurants and the beach. The entire complex was clean, and neighbors were very welcoming. We had a great time and will be back!

The condo was clean and well maintained. All appliances were newer and in good working condition. I had stayed at Marsh Winds a number of years back and it needed several upgrades. Happy to see that the work has been done and the property is in great condition. We will return

The condo was perfect for our family of five. It was the perfect location while visiting our daughter at the Citadel. The pool was a bonus for my 9 year old daughter. The condo was exceptionally clean and the amount of supplies was perfect. The owner responded back immediately with answers to my questions. 5 stars!!

This condo was so perfect for our time in folly beach. It’s a great location if you want to walk to the beach or drive into Charleston. The porch was possibly the best part with the peaceful view and sounds of the marsh. The owners were so responsive and welcoming. This place was fantastic for our family trip!

Enjoyed our stay here! Location: location was great for us- it was far away enough that it was quiet and had peace of mind at night. It was an easy 10-15 min walk one way depending on where you wanted to be. Even walking back home at night was enjoyable. The pool was great to have as an option for when we didn’t want to hassle with going to the beach but wanted some sun. There’s a gazebo big enough to have chairs and tables under it. Our place provided us with two parking passes which helped us a lot. There was plenty of space for 3 couples; each having their own bathroom was a huge plus as it provided a sense of privacy. The balcony is screened in which is was a nice added surprise. The beds are comfortable and the sheets/comforters provided are breathable that it did not affect our sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed! Communication was great between the host and I. Quick and responsive if needed

Everything was great ! We don't have a single complaint. We were close enough to walk to dinner, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The condo was very clean and alot bigger than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay! Nice bright , clean space, great layout for our family. Generous room sizes and closet spaces. We loved the screened porch and view of the setting sun each night. Very close walk to the action in downtown Folly. Thank you! If we were to come back to Folly, we would stay again. Thank you!

Great location, close to beach and short ride to Charleston. Good size rooms and bathrooms for all. Great that owner supplied small bags with toiletries for each bathroom in case you forgot to bring yours. Downside was that apartment above had kids running around that you could hear through ceiling, but we didn’t spend much time inside, also 10:00am checkout a tad early, 11:00 would be more user friendly. Would recommend and definitely stay at this location again.

My 79 year old mother asked me and my 2 sisters if we could do a girls trip to Charleston to visit my cousins and to visit her sister's grave. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious, and easy to get to. Having the balcony was so nice for early morning and evening relaxation. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice time relaxing in this unit. It was just the right size for our group, comfortable and clean, and close to all the activities we wanted to do. We didn't do much cooking but when one guest fixed breakfast one morning, we could not find an appropriate spatula to flip an egg. Even so, we will repeat next year!

I am already daydreaming about staying at Folly Beach in this condo again! Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The views from this unit were so pretty overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the oven, stove and toaster oven as well as the microwave and coffee maker. Due to hurricane Ian, sadly we decided to cut our four night stay short. But our host was gracious and generous with a refund. We had no issues at all with the keyless entry. The condo is on the main road just before you get into the main area of folly beach. It is within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Just overall, an excellent place to relax while vacationing in this area.

We came to spend time at the beach, and this location was perfect for easy access. We could walk the half mile easily, so went to the beach all three days of our trip. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

Great stay for a family 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.The location is a short drive or you can walk to Folly Beach. The Condo was nice but could but could use some up dating but all in all a great vacation. Just remember this is a Condo with a balcony and its a vacation destination area. Would recommend the place for a vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very large. Great size rooms, huge closets. The covered parking was really nice with the heat. Our kids loved the pool. The screened in porch was a nice touch. Everything we needed was there including all kitchen appliances, dishes etc.

This is a lovely property. It's on the second floor with an expansive view of the marshland. The unit was completely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having three bedrooms and three baths; we only used two but had the third handy in case of conflicts at shower time. I left behind one item and got a call from management aboiut an hour after we left. I was still nearby so I was able to pick it up before heading home. I recommend this unit and wouild be pleased to stay there again.

Due to construction issues, we were unable to stay in the condo we originally booked. However, the owner contacted us and we were able to stay on a condo with an identical layout in the same complex. The condo was spacious with a bathroom for every bedroom. The showers were step-in, which was nice for people who might have some mobility issues. There was also received a generous supply of paper products. There’s an elevator as well as carts available for residents and guests to use, which was a pleasant surprise. The complex is on a busy road, so there was a bit of road noise. We had a white noise machine, which helped. There’s also a screened patio, which was a nice place to sit, even if it was a bit noisy. The condo we originally booked is set a little further back from the road and the patio faces away from the road, so I’m not sure if it would be as noisy. Overall, it was a clean convenient place to stay that was close to the beach and businesses at Folly Beach as well as other places to visit in the Charleston area.

The owner’s were so responsive and immediate. I loved the location- we walked over the bridge and bang you are where you want to be ! The island is quaint and beautifully stuck in a time warp. The home itself was much bigger than I expected and the rooms gracious in size. The owner left a hostess gift which was very thoughtful and kind .I look forward to a return trip .

I would highly suggest using Folly’s Best! They communicated quickly and were very accommodating. The apartment could use a few upgrades, but it has more in it than just about any Air B&B we have stayed in. If we get the chance to go back to Folly Beach, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
