We were in the area for a Celebration of Life and Memorial and the house was just perfect. We all had our own space and privacy but could come together easily for meals and to hang out in the common areas. Being so close to the beach was so nice. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We will be back.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Very convenient to the beach and far enough away from the crowds. The place is spacious, plenty of parking, and easy to enjoy. Wish we had booked one more night!

We loved our time at Martiniville. Was the perfect stay for our two families to get together. Kids ages 1-6. Enough space for every one with easy access to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the screened patio during afternoon showers. Will stay again.

Beautiful house and a fantastic location right next to beach access! This house is about a mile from Center Street. We loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and sat outside so much! The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds and pillows. We can't say enough about Folly's Best staff - they were helpful, friendly, and accommodating! We are already planning our trip for next year. Thanks so much!

Look no further, this is the property you need to book. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach! It is also close to town without being in the middle of the heavy crowds/traffic. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great house in a great location!

Four couples stayed in property for long weekend. The house was very clean and organized. Three minute walk to surf was awesome. One mile walk to Center Street for shopping and restaurants. Awesome rental property. M. Settle

We had an amazing time finding shark teeth. Long over due as a nurse a break to enjoy family was a must. Out last vacation was a disaster so we were very happy with the property managements attention to the septic, and the lack of propane on arrival. We are a family that leave a place better than we found it. So this home was amazing. It is very nice to have the manager answer the phone and care about an issue. Thank you

We all had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, airy, centrally located and right near the beach. So nicely furnished (and comfortable mattresses). We would ask for elevator access for move in /'move out next time.

Great location across from beach access! Very spacious inside and the front and back porches were wonderful to sit and relax and enjoy the ocean breeze! Four king beds were wonderful to have and not found in most beach houses! We loved it!

Wonderful home! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the home is beautiful and extraordinarily clean. Public beach access is almost right across the street. Host was available when needed and check in and out was a breeze. Looking forward to future bookings at this property.

Great house right on West Ashley in Folly Beach. Rooms were all a good size, almost have a 2nd living room on the top floor for the 2 bedrooms that are there and it has a nice screened in back porch from when the weather is nice. Very quick to the beach .Only drawback was an overactive fire alarm that went off twice when we were there for no discernible reason and rather loud w/d but that's super nit picky stuff. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time to Folly Beach and we loved our time there! The home was super clean and had everything for an easy stay! 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, amazing screened in porch out back for lots of card games and meals. The short distance to the beach was awesome- walked back and forth for sunrises, beach days, and starry nights. It was just what our families needed after a long winter. We will be back!

We had an amazing time in Martiniville! We were instantly impressed with the house! It was clean and a perfect place for a large group. The owners provided paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and toilet paper for the house. We used the grill almost every night and loved eating dinner on the screened in back porch! Beach access is right across the street and it’s less than a mile from the main strip. I only wish we stayed longer!

The walk to the beach was the shortest we have experienced in all our beach trips. The house was perfect for our blended three families. The beach and ocean was great. The town of Folly Beach was fun and all the restaurants we went to were great. We're already talking about a return trip!

Clean and spacious with a great layout. A 5 minute walk to the beach with none of the crowds closer to the pier. Far enough from Center Street to be quieter but a quick few minutes to get there. Wonderful place and a wonderful stay!

We gathered with our adult children and their significant others. The bedrooms were all spacious as was the dining area. The kitchen was well equipped for big family meals. And the two living areas gave us space to be together-- and be apart! Sitting on the front porch was one of our favorite activities.

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and we loved the screened in porch. We were about a mile from Center Street (Restaurants, market, shopping) and super close to the public beach access. The beach was not crowded at all. There was even an outdoor shower and some beach items like boogie boards and a few chairs. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our group. We would definitely recommend!

This is home was fabulous. There was plenty of room for me and my friends. The kitchen had plenty of space for us and the food. We all gathered at one table, eating and laughing. Making memories. I made my grand entrance down the Beautiful staircase, what a birthday. I would definitely recommend this Beautiful home for weekend gateways. Definitely thinking about renting again.
