Oceanfront Nest Up

Lovely spot with a great at oceanfront view. Very comfy for our group of 5 and the house was well-appointed for cooking and sleeping. First time in Folly Beach and it was an easy drive into Charleston too. Great stay!

Listen, if you cannot be extremely pleased with this place smack on the beach and in a beautiful home with very nice people all around you, you will not be pleased at all. Incredible place for us to decompress after the rush of holiday business! Added perks; watching the surfers, dolphins very close to the beach, a great storm, shells everywhere, oh let me see...being steps from the beach, incredible sunrises and sunsets, the lighthouse, Folly's Shorebirds Graffiti Road, wonderful places to eat, Bert's Market and an incredibly comfortable bed (or 4) with a view of the Ocean when you open your eyes!!!

We absolutely loved this home. It was exactly as described and everything we wanted. The ocean view was spectacular, so close to the lighthouse and within a few minutes drive to great restaurants. There was ample motion lights outside and no rowdy neighbors. The deck was roomy with comfortable furniture. It was perfect.

The Sights and sounds of the ocean at our doorstep were great. North end location on Folly ideal for a peaceful vacation. We enjoyed walking our dog on the beach. The view of the ocean, waves, dolphins, pelicans and beach action is all right there in front of you from the porch, living room, kitchen and dining room. We wanted something memorable and we got it. We did a crash Course of historic Charleston and surrounding areas We walked the Arthur Ravenel junior bridge, which was a lot of fun. We drove out to Cypress Gardens and paddled around in the swamp. Saw some gators. Even though all the flowers were not in bloom, it was still a beautiful place to visit. Every morning we stopped for coffee at the food truck called Deadlow on Center Street. Excellent! A friendly young girl named, Stephanie Worked there. She gave us great Suggestions on what to do around the area. Highly recommend! We loved our stay at this beach house and hope to come back again.

We had the loveliest weekend celebrating my daughter’s best friend’s birthday and her friend’s first introduction to my adorable 12 week old grandson. The house was clean, nicely furnished and on the perfect spot on Folly Beach. The beds were comfy and we all had such a nice time relaxing together! We’ll be back..Thank you.

This house is lovely and clean. The view from the master bedroom is gorgeous. I loved the part of folly where this house is as it is away from all the main streets, and close enough to walk to the light house. The house is right on the beach and is as described. It is clean and bright. Loved our stay!

This house was absolutely perfect! I have stayed at different places but never a house directly on the beach like this! The house itself was even better than the pictures, it was clean and you can tell they put in so much attention to detail. From the bag of anything extra you may need, info on the area, to the towels being folded into cute shapes and even bows on the toilet paper lol. The view every morning was surreal. I hope we’re able to come back again next year! Thank you so much for an absolutely amazing time!

Nest up was a great place to stay and was so happy that I could bring my dogs with me. Greg was very responsive and answered all my questions. Loved waking up and walking right on to the beach!

The house was exactly as shown in photographs and in the description. The deck is awesome and provided a perfect spot to go down to the beach and relax. Our dog had a great time bouncing back and forth between the house/deck and the beach. Inside the house, the rooms are exactly as shown and were made up perfectly for our stay. We really enjoyed the visit and are looking forward to coming back to Folly Beach soon.

What a setting this home has! Sitting just yards from the ocean tide, the view is breathtaking! The home itself is lovely, has very good space and is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to make and serve a meal. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. One note to be certain of is that the master bedroom is up a spiral staircase. It was not a problem for us at all but anyone renting should be fully aware of that. Many thanks for a lovely stay, we certainly hope we can come back when we can take FULL advantage of the beach!!!

Easy Beach access and great deck to sit and watch the beach. Saw dolphins every day while having morning coffee on the deck. Had some nice walks to see the Morris Island lighthouse (.6 miles away). Enjoyed Center Street in Folly which wasn’t real crowded in February (about 3 miles away). Overall a nice quiet family getaway.

The whole place was very clean and was plenty of room for our whole family to stay for the whole week. Our dogs also loved it, and the view is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. The location right on the ocean was dreamy, the decor very tasteful, super clean and bright. Easy check in and communication. I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect getaway for families with kids.

We loved our stay here! Very pet and family friendly with wonderful views and convenience with the beach steps away! The house was luxurious and beautifully decorated. It is a further drive from town (extra 5-10 minutes but with that you get the beach mostly to yourself -less populated down there) We had no issues at all and enjoyed our time here very much! We would absolutely come back ! Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

What an incredible place. Location is PERFECT. The home is very nice and clean. It had all of the amenities that we needed for a beach weekend. Would absolutely go back. And I love that it was dog friendly. What's a beach weekend without the pups? No issues during our trip.

Spent Wed-Sun for a birthday with a small group of friends. The weather was wonderful for the most part but we were able to relax and hang out at the house or easily drive over to the main hub of Folly or for day trips to Charleston.

Amazing property. It was missing small things like a grill brush, apron, etc. The tv speakers isn't good either. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The kids had so much fun with the living room swing.

This ocean front pet friendly house is spectacular! We stayed over NYE and had the most wonderful time. You are literally steps from the ocean and we enjoyed so much time on the beach front deck. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for your group. Communication with Folly's Best was quick and easy. The house was sparkling clean and there were plenty of linens and supplies to make our stay comfortable. We had such a great time that we plan to book this again over the summer. Don't hesitate to book this house!

I met my son and daughter and their families, who live in different states, at this home for a 4 day weekend getaway. The home has an open layout, a wall of windows with amazing ocean views, and a large back deck that was the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. The home was modern, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a nice beach and the ocean just a few steps away. The property management crew was wonderful....they responded immediately and efficiently to our request. Overall GREAT experience at Oceanfront Nest Up!!
