One of Folly's Best! Oceanfront Nest Up is an upstairs duplex unit that sits oceanfront and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. In total, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, one a queen, and all have Smart TVs for your enjoyment. The kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Take the spiral staircase up to the private master suite loft and you will find your very own accommodations that look out directly onto the ocean. It is truly a sight to be seen! Follow the double doors out to your own private deck area which leads to your access to the sand. There is plenty of area to lay out and sun or cook out with the family. The entry point to the path to the Morris Island Lighthouse is less than a block away and would take just about 10 minutes on foot. Off street parking is provided and can accommodate up to 2 vehicles for this unit. Oceanfront Nest Up allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.

What an incredible place. Location is PERFECT. The home is very nice and clean. It had all of the amenities that we needed for a beach weekend. Would absolutely go back. And I love that it was dog friendly. What's a beach weekend without the pups? No issues during our trip.

Spent Wed-Sun for a birthday with a small group of friends. The weather was wonderful for the most part but we were able to relax and hang out at the house or easily drive over to the main hub of Folly or for day trips to Charleston.

Amazing property. It was missing small things like a grill brush, apron, etc. The tv speakers isn't good either. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The kids had so much fun with the living room swing.

This ocean front pet friendly house is spectacular! We stayed over NYE and had the most wonderful time. You are literally steps from the ocean and we enjoyed so much time on the beach front deck. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for your group. Communication with Folly's Best was quick and easy. The house was sparkling clean and there were plenty of linens and supplies to make our stay comfortable. We had such a great time that we plan to book this again over the summer. Don't hesitate to book this house!

I met my son and daughter and their families, who live in different states, at this home for a 4 day weekend getaway. The home has an open layout, a wall of windows with amazing ocean views, and a large back deck that was the perfect place to relax and listen to the waves. The home was modern, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a nice beach and the ocean just a few steps away. The property management crew was wonderful....they responded immediately and efficiently to our request. Overall GREAT experience at Oceanfront Nest Up!!
