One of Folly's Best! Ollie's Folly is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath elevated home on the west end of Folly Beach. Spoil yourself by staying right across the street from the beach with amazing ocean views from the upstairs living area and a large second-floor balcony. Let the charm of this home melt all your worries away! Spend your day on the beach with public beach access only steps away. Or just a little further down is Folly Beach County Park where during peak season, it is patrolled by lifeguards and offers a snack bar, public restrooms, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Wave Watch Playground is just under a mile in the opposite direction and is a great place for the little ones to play.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms outfitted with queen beds. There is an additional guest space with a king bed that has access to a small balcony. There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room downstairs. There is a large first-floor balcony with rocking chairs. As soon as you walk upstairs the second floor opens to an inviting living area, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs, there is an additional guest space with a king bed and a third full bathroom. Wake to the sunrise and start your day with breakfast in the comfortable outdoor dining area. Wind down with a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and finish off your evening by playing a board game with the family or reading a book while catching a picturesque sunset from one of the two balconies that overlook the marina.

Ollie's Folly has off-street driveway parking, an outdoor shower, and includes WIFI. Up to 3 well-behaved house-broken and flea-treated dogs under 100 pounds combined are welcome. Had a wonderfully relaxing time at this house! Loved the balconies on both front and back of the house to fully experience the beach and marsh. Great location - far enough from the busy pier but still easy to access the island! Would go back again!

Lovely beachside home. Ample parking undercover. Maybe a few dozen steps onto a gorgeous beach that always had plenty of room as there were no high-rises anywhere in sight. Home was clean, well stocked, well appointed, and the rooms were bright and spacious. Beds were soft and there was plenty of everything. Also has beautiful water views from both decks on the top floor. Ocean or river. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Ollie’s Folly is perfect for a family vacation to Folly Beach! It is walkable to the beach access, the living room, dinning room, kitchen and two porches are on the same floor, easing safety concerns with little kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is beautifully decorated. Our family of 8 felt like we had enough space to spread out and still hang out together without feeling cramped. Laundry was on the same floor as the bedrooms which was very convenient and this house had all the beach amenities you need! No need to pack extra if you don’t want to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a beautiful home! We loved having 5 bedrooms so each of our adult children could have their own bedroom. The location can’t be beat! The beach is right across the street and was super easy to make trips to the beach or back to the house if needed. We enjoyed games and meals around the big table and spent time on the many outdoor decks. Just a short trip in to town to have some dinner and browse the stores. Super close to downtown Charleston so we could go back and forth to events with ease.

There was enough space for everyone and the multiple balconies just added to the experience. There was an outdoor shower for cleaning up after the beach which was very helpful. Overall, everyone loved the place and no complaints!

This house is walking distance to public beach access, the views are lovely, the house has a great "gathering space" in the living room and kitchen, that floor is pretty open. And they have multiple coffee machines which was needed for this group! I also loved how they had a few cleaning supplies so we didn't need to get laundry or dish detergent. This was the perfect spot for our bachelorette party. Not a long drive into Charleston and close to the beach bars of Folly Beach. Would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends!

We had the BEST time at Ollie's Folly. We booked to have the best wedding weekend ever and nothing disappointed. Location was great, rooms were perfect and felt like home, the indoor gym (3 flights of stairs) was just what we needed for all the food we had. Luckily, a couple cancelled so this was perfect for 10 adults. A future anniversary will be booked at Ollie's Folly without a doubt! Thank you for a spectacular wedding weekend.

The house is absolutely breath taking. It is so warm, inviting, spacious and clean. The views from the balconies are out of this world. The home is equipped with everything that you need. It's like a home away from home. It's not close to the beach traffic so you have easy access to the beach which is a plus.

This house is well kept and was a great fit for our family. There is a lot of porch space to be enjoyed in warmer weather. You have a good view of the ocean from the top deck. The beach access was easy and close to the house. The outside shower has hot as well as cold water. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, bowls, utensils, and several blenders. There was also a good supply of games and puzzles. Check in and communication with the host through the airbnb site was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location was great! Easy access at arrival. Communication with the owner was good and we loved Folly Beach! We had 12 people and it DOES sleep 12. Just know that the 6th bed is a pull out sofa and there are no curtains for those that sleep there. It is very bright in the morning for those sleeping there. That stated, the sunlight is also one of the great things about this place! Very airy and calming. AC works great and each floor has their own AC unit. Shower pressure was great too! Loved the outdoor shower too. We would rent here again if we came back!

Ollie's Folly exceeded my expectations! It was perfect for my family which included ages 20 to 82. Fully equipped kitchen, fantastic porches, views of the ocean, only steps from the beach across the street. Views of the marsh and outstanding sunsets. Everyone could sit comfortably in the family room. I would love to stay there again! It was a lovely vacation!

Ollie’s Folly was an ideal property for my family when we visited Folly Beach for 7 days. The proximity to the beach was ideal for ever member of my family. The house was very nice, well kept, and spacious enough accommodate 5 adults and two children, comfortably. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in one of the nicest locations in SC.

“This is a beautiful space. It easily fits 6 or more. The pitches are awesome for watching the waves or the deer that cross the marsh in the back. The location is a 1 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive into town.”
