On the Water Sunsets is a 30+ day rental that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Mariner's Cay offers tennis courts and a swimming pool for the use of the guests. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away and downtown Charleston can be reached in about 20 minutes.

The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher to make cooking a breeze. There is a dining table to seat 6. The living room has cozy seating and expansive marsh views. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom as well as access to the screened-in porch. The two guest bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. All three bedrooms come equipped with cable TVs. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit to ease long stays.

On the Water Sunset is on the first floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. **This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property** On the Water Sunset is not pet friendly.
