This was a great place to stay for a long weekend with our son and his friends who live in the a Charleston area!! Love the bedrooms and full baths for each room!! Perfect location for a QUICK walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and stores. Love the area! Such a fun beach town and the unit was the perfect respite! Loved the porch where we could see the pier, ocean and beach!! We’d love to come back!

Thank you for the wonderfull stay! From the moment we walked in the door and took in how everything was decorated to make us feel at home. We enjoyed our long weekend here. The balcony views were awesome. My teen daughter loved the recliner and the lighted palm tree. This place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return soon!

We had an amazing stay at Folly Beach, SC. The place was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 6 people and watching all of the football associated with Thanksgiving! We had all of the cookware and utensils that we needed. We could easily walk to the beach and to restaurants. It was a great place to stay!

I don’t even know where to start— this place exceeded our every expectation! We arrived later than we had hoped. The only drawback was it is difficult to find our correct parking spot at night. The signage is very small. From the second we walked into the place it was near perfection. Bright, clean, and more spacious than the pictures represent. There are enough plates, cups , utensils and cooking items to more than cover our group. The view is amazing. The furniture and decor outstanding! Soft white towels for all of us and bed linen we sank into each night. My nephew was very intrigued by the curved tv. He spent his time covered in pillows on the couch or on the sectional on the balcony. Exactly what he needed! We were so close to everything that we walked almost the entire trip. Beach access is across the street. The elevator was clean and in working order. I thought I would miss being directly beach front but not once did I! One gripe I have with vrbo and the like is the excessive clean up before check out. It is exhausting. All that was required of us was to take the trash out and start the dishwasher. No stripping linens. No gathering everything into specific piles. Just trash and dishwasher and lock the door. Will stay again. And again and again!!

Perfect location.. 30 sec walk to beach, 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants. This condo fit 3 adult couples perfectly, great porch!

This rental is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Less than a hundred yards from the beach and great places to eat. We only moved our car one time. The furniture is also very comfortable. This rental is supplied with everything we needed for our time there. We will be visiting again!

This beautiful condo is in prime location across from the beach and just a few steps from the action on Center Street (restaurants and shops). The beds were comfortable, the condo decor was pretty, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice each room had its own bathroom. Plenty of space to relax, eat at the big dining table, or enjoy the patio. We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT! We've stayed in several nice places in Folly, and this was definitely our favorite. Beautiful condo and sparkling clean! The location is perfect. Across the parking lot to the beach, view of the pier from the balcony & steps from all of our favorite restaurants and shops! Very efficient and communicative property manager. Really the BEST!

We loved our stay here! The condo is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Parking was super convenient under the building and the location was close to restaurants, shops and the beach. I’d absolutely stay here again when we’re in town.

We had a great time!! Everything was beautiful and exactly as described! Centrally located to the beach and all the fun places to shop and eat downtown, less than 30 minutes drive into Charleston. We sent some communication regarding the fridge and we were taken care of immediately! Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations! The location was great-walking distance to the shops/restaurants as well as the beach. Loved being able to walk to the Tides hotel and get breakfast and lunch which was delicious! Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony every morning listening to the ocean while drinking our tea/coffee. There was a bit of noise but that’s to be expected staying in a beach town and it didn’t interfere with our time there. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use much because we had a short stay and it was so convenient having filtered water/ice from the fridge. We also loved having a keurig to use every morning for our tea/coffee. If you come to Folly Beach, we highly recommend booking this place! You will not be sorry.

My family decided to make a last minute trip to the Beach since the Feb weather was milder than usual. This was the first time we rented from Folly's Best Rentals after we found what we were looking for in a beach condo on their website. Their website was easy to use, photos were great and the reservation process was just as simple. The follow-up was professional and they shared many of the check-in details we needed. The Condo was clean and very comfortable and it came with many household items we used during our trip. Folly's Best rental included many nice personal touches too. Highly recommend.

This condo had more than enough room for 6 people. High ceilings, an open floor plan, and a porch with great views of the pier. A 2 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops on the main drag. The check in process was seamless and details about our stay and provided amenities were communicated the week before arriving. The condo came with all kitchen utensils, silverware, plates and glasses. The bathrooms were fully stocked with bath towels and plenty of beach towels. There’s also a brand new washer/dryer set in the hallway closet. I highly recommend Folly’s Best Rentals and this condo!

This condo is beautiful! The location is great - there’s a cute little bar right next door that has a ton of live music. The walk to the beach is short and sweet and easy access to the main street with a ton of shops and restaurants. The neighbors in the location itself are so friendly, one particular was greeting my one year old in the morning with their dog because she loves animals. My family had a great time staying here!

Location is unbeatable. The pier view is stunning. Rooms looked a little bigger in person compared to pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking items, some spices, appliances. Overall a great place to stay

We absolutely loved this rental. I think it was the nicest place we've stayed in Folly Beach... and we have been going there for several years... a new place each time. We may have found what we've been looking for. Only drawback is that it only sleeps 6. We have 3 daughters, but if they want to bring any friends or.... than we will need to find a bigger place. The price was right, the Location was even more right. Thanks for the memories!
