River Walk

This property was very clean, comfortable, quiet, but easy access to everything in town! Marsh view sunsets are always our favorite part of being Folly! Lots of space, comfortable beds, and 3 bathrooms was a plus. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We love this complex and being able to sit out on the deck and watch sunset. Being close to lost dogs so we can walk for breakfast is a major plus for us. The home was very comfortable quiet and the management company responded promptly to anything I asked, would definitely stay here again.

We come to Folly once or twice a year and have never stayed in this area of the island. I think this is our new favorite!!! We were so sad to leave the absolutely beautiful view.

The process was well organized with good communication from the get go. The unit is in a great spot overlooking the marsh with great sunset views. You really can walk to everything in Folly Beach. Driving is easy if you're going to Charleston back and forth, with every imaginable store (like groceries or wally world) in between. Plan on fishing the dock and maybe do some crabbing. The grounds of the property are lovely and well maintained. I can't say enough nice things about our experience. River Walk is a winner!

This was one of the best outfitted places I’ve stayed. So if you like to have a well stocked, perfect location ~ this is your place! Property was clean, furniture was comfortable and in reasonably good condition and the location was amazing. We relaxed overlooking the river and listening to the shore birds, then walked to the ocean in about 10 minutes time. We arrived just after Hurricane Ian had swept through and the only damage was one of the screen panels on the porch. After notifying the property manager, a crew was sent to repair it. My only issue was that they never contacted us to tell us a crew would be arriving & they surprised us. Luckily it was a planned ‘down day’ for us and we were able to let them in to do their job. If we decide to return to Folly, I’d definitely consider renting this place again.

This townhouse was very comfortable and just the right size for our family of 6. It was nice to be within walking distance to the beach and town. The view of the river was beautiful. We enjoyed watching some pretty awesome sunsets. Overall, it was a great time!

Our preference for a family get away has long been Folly Beach and the Water's Edge community. This unit did not disappoint with great views and everything needed for a relaxing vacation.

Clean and awesome communication from property manager. Rented a golf cart to get to and from the beach since it is on the other side of the island but would definitely do it again! Private pool and relaxing on the patios at the end of each night was the best part. 10/10 recommend

Close to everything on Folly and walking distance to the beach. We had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. Gorgeous sunset views of Folly River. Only suggestion is have an ADULT ONLY swim time. Kids screaming and crying got to be a little much when trying to relax. Would definitely come again

This was the first time we had stayed on Folly. It is a very popular beach destination for people coming to stay on island or coming in for the day from Charleston and other surrounding area. The location was great and very convenient to Center Street as well as the beach. The condo was very clean and up to date. Plenty of pots/pans, cooking utensils, place settings and glasses/mugs. There are even some plastic glasses if you prefer them. Well stocked with paper towels, trash bags, towels, etc. Easy to access at check-in time and VERY easy check-out procedures. I would highly recommend this property and also highly recommend bringing/renting bicycles or renting a golf cart. Everything is within reasonable walking distance, but if you are shopping or grabbing a meal to go from a restaurant or need to stop at Bert's for supplies - bikes/golf carts are much easier than vehicles on the island.

It was a beautiful area on Folly. My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway there. The only issue that came up is that we did not initially have the parking pass waiting for us like we were told, but the rental company made sure to get it to us. Will be returning to this lovely property.

We stayed 4 nights in mid March. Everything was clean and up to date with spacious rooms and wonderful views. The management company is extremely pleasant, professional and efficient. Everything is with in walking distance including beaches and restaurants.

When we first arrived at Beach Walk, we were thrilled to have one of the best views of the Folly River that you can have at Waters Edge. The condo is directly on the River and you can see all the way up and down the River. The sunsets were gorgeous and the condo itself was beautifully appointed with high value linen and furniture. The TV's were all the latest models and the condo was walking distance to all the businesses downtown and the ocean. We will definitely stay here again.
