The possibilities are endless. Roger's Folly allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Comfortable &Convenient - Steps Away from the Beach!

Check in was just show up and relax! 10/10 for questions and answers provided. If you like a 4-5 minute walk to the beach than this stay is for you. House was located across the street from bar (which we liked) and the kids stay (3 kids) was perfect with downstairs apt. For me, a vacation means no driving a car. This house exceeded my expectations due to location and chill vibe. Thank you and next time we find Folly Beach in the plans, this is the spot!

Hidden Gem of Folly Beach!

This house was amazing! We had 7 people and rented both levels for Friend-cation 2022, and we had just the right amount of space and privacy. To get from the front door to the beach is maybe a 4 minute walk. Got to eat out, cook, bar hop, Charleston was like a 20 minute drive. This place rocks!

We had such a great stay! Just one block from the beach and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We especially loved having two units, which made our trip more fun for the teenagers with us!

Location was wonderful. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores, even the corner store. Plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. Great place for a family. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Rogers Folly. Quaint house in the perfect location. Both units are clean and full of amenities. The screened in porches were perfect to enjoy the beach atmosphere, especially during the little rain storm.
