We really enjoyed this little cottage. It was perfect for a beach getaway. it was very clean, everything worked as it should, hosts were great! The location was great for beach access, about 2 min walk and towards the quieter less busy end of the island so very calm and peaceful experience. We would certainly stay here again!

Such a sweet little cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We love to walk and look at houses. Folly was the perfect place for long walks and so many cute beach houses. The streets are level and shady! Perfect for biking and walking. The beach is just two blocks away too!

A very Peaceful place to stay. Our rental was very clean and had all the extras I didn’t need to bring, ie extra coffee filters, tp and pillows. Best rentals exceeded my expectations!

This is a sweet little beach cottage. Well appointed and super charming. Perfect for a couple. It’s tiny, but adorable and comfortable. Short, easy walk to the beach. We loved the screened porch with rocking chairs and the outdoor shower. Beautiful oak and palm trees add to the feeling of privacy and stillness. Close to everything, but still very serene. Just the getaway we needed.

Sea glass cottage was a great little place that allowed us to enjoy vibe of Folly Beach. Walking distance to both the beach and local restaurants, while still quiet and allowing for a relaxing retreat. Will definitely be back!

We rented both cottages on the property to be able to stay together and it was perfect. We were able to take the dogs to the beach, walk to town and enjoy some great meals. Our fourth stay.

I would recommend Seaglass cottage for a Folly Beach get away. So tastefully decorated, screened in front porch with rocking chairs and close to the beach made our stay perfect!

Great location. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. The kitchen has everything we needed. The squeaky bathroom floor was the only very minor complaint.

Nice cottage. It’s almost a mile from Center St so the 2 nearest beach access aren’t crowded at all. Would rent again.

This place was perfect. Great location! 3 minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to town. We rented bikes to go back and forth. Easy living all around. Would definitely rent this place again.

The Folly's Best Rental people are awesome. We loved the cottage. The renovation and decor were neat. Push the knobs all the way down to light the two-burner gas stove. You must let them know early to check in before 4 PM because the lock is timed.

Cottage two blocks from beautiful Folly Beach; two mins walk by public access path. Cottage (one br, kitchen, bath and living rm / dining rm and screened in veranda) is smallish but very charming. Place was clean, all mod cons, w parking right out front. We had slight glitch with our remote lock and property mgmt was all over it. Very pleased.

This cottage is even more cute in person!! It is equipped with everything two people and one dog could need. The Folly’s Best team were kind and helpful with chair and bike rentals and general questions. I saw previous reviews that mentioned the mattress being uncomfortable. My husband and I did not experience this. I would absolutely rent this cottage again.

Every so often things just work perfectly! The time, the place, the experience all come together. That was what our stay at Sea Glass Cottage was like. Adorable 1940s/ 1950s vibe and so well appointed. Everything we needed right at our fingertips. Our two small dogs loved the beach, two blocks away and the daily walks had so many interesting smells and other dogs to greet. Another plus is that it is six long blocks from the center of town so once you are finished with Folly Beach nightlife you can return to the peace and quiet of this lovely neighborhood. We loved it so much, we have already recommended it to friends and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed in many different cottages at Folly over the years, and we would rate Sea Glass as one of our favorites. Great location, nicely appointed, comfortable bed, relaxing front porch. We did have a noisy plumbing problem the first night we stayed, but Folly Best Rentals maintenance was at the unit the next morning to fix it. If all you need is a one bedroom unit, Sea Glass is a winner

The Sea Glass Cottage felt like home away from home! The house itself was just as pictured - cute, clean and perfectly comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. The location was amazing - just 2 blocks from the beach, but on a quiet, residential street. Small but workable kitchen, super comfy bed, and plenty of tv channels for those cold or rainy days. Shared laundry facilities were helpful and the optional beach gear (especially the beach wagon) was much appreciated. Check in procedures were super easy, and staff was prompt to fix an issue with the wifi when notified. Easy biking to the beach facing the Morris Island Lighthouse at the end of the island, to the shops, bars and restaurants along Center Street, and to the Folly Beach County Park at the other end of the island. The Sea Glass Cottage is the perfect home base to explore it all and we hope to visit again soon!

This is a true beach cottage, with lots of charm. Very cute and comfy, and spotless when we arrived. We loved the location, about six blocks from downtown and a quick walk to the beach. Previous posts complained about the mattress but it seemed new and was really comfortable. We were happily surprised that there was an outdoor shower and hose to clean off our beach gear. Our only complaint would be how warm it got in the bedroom at night. Otherwise, everything was great. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as presented. Place was delightful and perfect for the two of us and our dog. Only minor problem was operation of heat unit, just couldn't figure out how to operate it. Bed was very comfortable. All in all, very happy--would come back.

We loved this little cottage! It was a short distance to the beach and far enough from center street that it was quiet and peaceful. The cottage was perfect for us and our four-year old. We didn't spend a large amount of time there, but the kitchen had all the right amenities and so did the bath. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!
