We took the pups and had a great time. Lots of take-out places with great food. We even found a place where I could go with my walker and the dogs were welcome! My daughter and son in law loved the front porch swing and the spa tub! Very clean, nice music from pier, lovely view from the 2 sets of sliding glass doors. We want to stay again!

Had a great stay. Beds were comfy , kitchen with everything we needed. Great view from balcony and furniture comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to beach. Elevator was a plus.

Great ocean front view. Condo is well stocked and clean. The unit only has six condos so it is quiet and has designated parking. Right beside the pier and close to all the restaurants and shops! Great place!

Interesting to write about this as we were older family members with me 92 and a son somewhat frail from cancer treatment. The beds were too high for me to be able to get them into and out of safely. I could not be disappointed as you did not advertise them differently. Son found the master bedroom just perfect for him. It was the best appointed Folly beachhouse we’ve stayed in on Folly over a period of 20 years. It was fun to watch the pier construction and the sunrise simultaneously. Guitar music on the restaurant porch was a surprise touch. A good experience.

I used to own my own business cleaning homes and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless. The location was perfect, the construction was okay, it was something to watch. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the furniture was nice, and we really loved the balcony furniture. The amenities all worked and the items provided such as paper towels, etc was a plus. Thank you for hosting us. It was our first time to Folly and thanks to our positive experience, won't be our last.

Great location to walk to everything Folly! It is beside the Pier for great views too and easy walk to the beach. The pier is being updated and we enjoyed watching the cranes in action. I had a nice nap on the porch bed-swing! Great Villa!

The location is great and the condo was very comfortable. There is construction next door on the pier but we didn’t feel like it interrupted our stay.

The condo was very clean! It was easy to check in and the elevator was a plus since my husband had a foot injury. The construction on the pier next door was not loud and the grandkids enjoyed watching the construction equipment. We were in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Access to the beach was a short walk since the access beside the condo was blocked during the day for construction. The back porch swing was a big hit for the grandkids as well as the adults. The weekend the noise from local establishments was a bit loud and thumping. But I would definitely come back and stay again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, the view was fabulous. Very lovely, clean, well appointed condo. The porch was wonderful, too. Honestly, my bed was super comfy. It’s not often the bed is that relaxing in a beach rental. We will definitely be back.

Clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location. Parking is tricky as it is most places on Folly. It is the closest condo to the pier construction as mentioned in listing. It didn’t bother us but is noisy during the day and blocks part of the view until completed. Nonetheless, would stay there again.

This place was super clean, beautiful, ocean front, and well equipped. The owners left a lovely bag of extra things that may be forgotten…those things you have to run to the store for after unpacking…like paper towels, tp, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, sponge, laundry pods, and several bags of anything one might need for a shower. Love, love, love the covered porch. Although it was rainy our first day there we were still able to sit/lay outside and enjoy the ocean/beach sites and sounds. It was my 50th birthday weekend and so so special to spend it at Folly Beach, in this little piece of heaven, walk to my favorite coffee shop (Center Street Coffee), have pizza at Woody’s, and breakfast at the Lost Dog cafe. Wonderful birthday wknd for our family. Thank you!

Loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs! It was kept very clean and nice decor. The balcony view with large swing was a plus! The location was awesomely close and in walking distance to everything! The Nov. weather was perfect! The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pier is closed due to updating. It’s under construction and will be back in operation in ‘22. (It’s going to be great!) We were very aware of the updating of the pier, going into this rental. The location of this condo is amazing, even with the pier construction. While the beach access right next to the condo is closed during the day the next entrance is just a short walk. The condo is decorated very well and it is a very warm, cozy atmosphere! Loved the patio porch swing and all the seating outside. Plenty of room.

Perfect accommodations for us! The place was clean and well taken care of. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location was within walking distance of all the restaurants and my favorite part was the porch overlooking the ocean! We can’t wait to go back!

I just wish the owner would put a TV in each bedroom before March 2022. We will be staying for TWO weeks and it would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom. They aren’t expensive and even small ones would be great.

We loved this place. The kitchen was big and clean, the living room was spacious, but the comfy couch swing on the porch was the absolute best. Very convenient to the beach.
