We had such a wonderful vacation and this space was AMAZING! The rental was huge and so nice. We loved the balcony view of the ocean; so peaceful! Check in was easy. The location is great if you want to walk to local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed going to Charleston for shopping and it was a quick trip by car. This rental was one of our favorites! We would love to rent it again in the very near future.

Amazing location!! Great views of the beach with a balcony on the second and third floor. Very private. The condo was super nice. Amazing main bedroom with a private large tub to soak in and stand up shower. A second shower on the second floor. I love to cook and is a primary reason I get AirBnBs. Kitchen was outfitted with what you would need to prepare a meal for 6. The furniture was nice. Linens and furniture was clean, fresh, and stain free. Best stay I’ve ever had!!!

This was as advertised. Amazing views. It was a lovely condo and spotless. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so we all had our areas and then we could hangout in the common areas.

The house was very well maintained. We had everything we needed. There were extra blankets in the closets, There was enough starter items that we didn’t have to rush out to the store immediately. The house was super clean . From booking, checking in to check out, the communication with the management was great. We will definitely be back to enjoy the Ocean Views!

This condo has everything I was looking for. There is ample space, tons of amenities, and parking in a prime location. Parking is a luxury at Folly Beach, and we were able to get three cars in the private carport, which was immensely valuable since we almost never had to drive. Anything we wanted was within a short walk. We were able to bake, cook, and work remotely, in addition to having a ton of fun. I will remember my stay for the rest of my life.

We had an amazing stay. The house was absolutely beautiful very spacious especially when you have small children running around. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances on days you don’t want to eat out. There were games, books, and crayons to keep the kids busy. The view was breathtaking on both balconies. There’s nothing like waking up to a sunset right in your room! Super convenient location right on the beach. My kids went on the beach every chance they could. We didn’t drive anywhere we walked everywhere. Lots of really good restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.

Loved the location of this property to the beach and to Center Street. Place was clean and well stocked to cook/prepare meals. Plenty of space for everyone to be together and then separate when need be.

Excellent location. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for 4 people and a toddler. Beautiful unobstructed ocean views with public access directly outside of the condo (~30 seconds of walking an you’re on the beach). ~5 minute walk to the main restaurant/bar scene. Overall, great experience

A wonderful place to stay at Folly Beach. This was our second year staying in the same townhouse. It is located directly across the street from a beach path. Covered parking, outdoor shower and plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy!!

It was exactly as described and then some. Clean, functional with a lovely view of the ocean. We could walk to some fun Folly Beach restaurants and bars - or just hang out on the fabulous porch. A+!

The views from this property are unbeatable. The beaches are clean and beautiful and there was easy access from the condo. Two block walk into downtown Folly Beach which was a blessing on Saturday night when traffic was heavy. Condo had everything we needed. Spent a lot of time on the patio just watching the surf and dolphins. Would definitely come back here!

Great place to stay! Home was clean, safe, and a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Unobstructed views of the ocean/beach are a true treasure of this property. Reasonable drive to many of Charleston’s points of interest. Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Our group of girlfriends gathered together for a retreat/celebration weekend. The view from the balcony was the first thing that impressed us. We had several of our meals on the balcony, enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean and the fresh air. We polar plunged, walked the beach, and enjoyed the walkable distance to the Folly’s most social area. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. The apartment was perfectly divided for privacy with three king size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We didn’t ask the host for anything because everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed every moment and hope to return soon!

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was so nice with plenty of space. First off I like the condo had an elevator and plenty of parking. The location was just very short walk from all the bars and restaurants, plus beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, with bathrooms connected or just in the hall. Bathrooms were great, clean, neat and a lot of room. You definitely wouldn’t mind spending your time in this condo of your vacation.

Summer Wind was a great getaway for our company's Christmas event. Its views are amazing and the location couldn't be beaten. The unit was clean and updated nicely with plenty of room for 3 couples. We highly recommend a stay here when visiting Folly Beach.

Our stay couldn't have been better. I have used VRBO all over the states and world and nothing irritates me more than when what is promoted is not delivered. Whether its pictures being deceptive to problems with internet or lack of response from owner/property manager, this was a perfect stay with no issues whatsoever. Lastly, everything was in walking distance-we never had to use our vehicle the entire time we were there.

Our family enjoyed staying at this condo for a long weekend. It was great to be able to walk across the street to the beach. It was very spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked. The packnplay, kite/beach toys, and all of the children's books were an added plus!

Location was perfect short walk to town and the ocean! I was nervous the ocean was not close but it is literally across a tiny one way road. Balcony was amazing we pretty much lived out there if we were not at the ocean. Summerwind was clean spacious and better than we expected. Downtown was great - lots of live music great coffee and awesome people.

We planned to have 5 in our party, but something came up and it was only 2 of us. Loved the location of this property, it was so convenient to "town". We never got in our cars and walked everywhere. The views and ease to which we get to the beach were also pleasantly surprising!!! just a short little walk. Best company set up beach rentals for us and they were delivered & picked up from the car port. very nice!! The kitchen had every thing we needed to cook & coffee pot and Keurig! The only negative thing we experienced was trying to find the actual condo and car port entry upon arrival. It was a bit confusing. Renters need to know that should enter on West Ashley side and not West Arctic street side. I spent a long time looking for a keypad to enter. Fortunately a phone number was listed and the employee at Best guided me around to the front. Seems silly now, but when first arriving it seemed like the other side was a different complex. The last thing I'd like to mention that was a happy was the water spicket and shower on the ground level to use after coming up sandy from the beach. Very cool!!! We will definitely rent here again!!!

Folly rental went out of their way to get an item back to me. That alone is cause for a good rating. The great rating comes from the condo (everything you need and more). Location is a few blocks from the main four corners and right across the street from beach access. Great views of the beach. Will be looking to stay again and would highly recommend.

This was a much needed get away for five days for grandparents and mom and son. We had wonderful time being together and enjoying each other’s company. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean from two balconies! This area of Folly Beach is quiet and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. The home was stocked with everything imaginable. It was very clean and bright and pretty. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. This property is even better in person. Was very quiet. The only thing I’d recommend is having blackout curtains in the bedrooms since the porch light is so bright. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful beach. Everything is within walking distance.

We went for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The place was laid out nicely for each of us to have our own space and good gathering area as well. Parking was perfect with spots for 3 and right below the unit. Great views of the ocean and close to town. The unit was well equipped and clean. I do recommend the owner secure new patio seating as the bar stools were rusted and falling apart. Fix that and it is a perfect getaway!

Spacious and very accommodating. Beach was not crowded and the weather was fantastic all week. Just a short walk to multiple restaurants and shops, plus a nice greenway not far from the condo. We rented a golf cart for the week (highly recommend) and toured the island. Great fresh seafood market for several nights of cooking in a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back
