The spacious living room looks out onto the marsh providing amazing views at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals and has a washer and dryer. Bedrooms have been appointed with two queen beds. The full-sized sleeper sofa allows you to sleep up to 6 guests.
The outdoor seating area under the home has plenty of options to choose from. Whether it is sitting around the fire pit, relaxing in the rockers overlooking the marsh or gathering around the picnic table for an alfresco family meal.
Just a short stroll to center street to enjoy the shops and dining options Folly has to offer. One well-behaved house-broken flea-treated dog is welcome with approval.
