Our family had a great stay at this beautiful condo! It is a quick walk to downtown folly (about 7-10 minutes). The condo was very clean and spacious as well! We would recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great property! Very clean, perfect for a family of 3. Close to everything in Folly Beach. Enjoyed the pool, often times had it to ourself. Also loved the back porch with marsh views. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much! Quick access to Folly Beach and Charleston. Property description was accurate and check in seamless and Layle who welcomed us was so wonderful and helpful. She told us about a turtle inventory happening on the beach and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

We can’t say enough fantastic things about our stay. Communication was fast and clear! The place was immaculate! We loved the location and reserved parking was a great perk! Being a corner spot allowed for lots of bird watching - we got so lost in the view that we didn’t even hear the traffic. Lots of room. Comfy beds and pillows. Extra clean bathrooms. …seriously…can’t say enough good things! We would recommend this space and will definitely be back!

This is a great place for a family with young kids. We go to bed early and this was a quite place that is still super close to Folly. Very convenient location with a beautiful view of the marsh. Covered parking which was great. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very comfy living space. Dog friendly too. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Folly pier. Condo was clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms that worked well for our family of five.

We really loved the location of this Airbnb! The back patio was beautiful looking out over the marshlands and it was so close to the beach! First time in Charleston and we had a lovely time, would definitely recommend, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean as well.

We live in Tennessee. Our sons live in NY and NC (with daughter-in-law). It is difficult to get us all together at the same time but a week at the beach did just that. The house was perfect; comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of the beach and the town. Three weeks out and I am still missing it.

It’s great having 3 bedrooms with a bunk bed for kids. Everyone had their own bathroom so clean ups were easy. Close enough to the beach to walk (let those kids get their energy out!). Thank you for having us.

Such a great location for not being right on the beach. Within walking distance of Folly Beach shops and restaurants and the beach itself. The condo was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and overall immaculate! Nice little added touch of travel size toiletries, paper products, and dishwasher/laundry detergent set up. We were able to secure an early check in with a simple phone call to the property management company. I would recommend this property to friends and family with no hesitation.

Sunset Retreat is a spot-on name for this vacation condo! The views are truly spectacular! The condo itself (and the complex) are extremely clean and well maintained. We had a little hiccup with the check in but it was fixed fairly quickly and the tech they sent out to handle it was a sweetheart & so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a good experience for my family (including my dogs). Great location - walkable to Folly Beach and beautiful marsh views. You could hear sounds from other condos (coughing, dogs barking) but that is to be expected. The patio furniture was inside the condo when we arrived so we put it outside ourselves. It was also a little confusing because there were signs saying parking passes were required, but I could not find the parking passes and when I inquired about it was told that they were not required at this time of year. Overall, communication was easy and the condo suited our needs for a quick trip to the Charleston area.

This condo worked well for the 5 of us - my husband, teen son and I with another couple. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for everyone having privacy and all of us getting ready and out of the condo. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach/shops and restaraunt area of FB. We didn't do any cooking but it looked like there were some items. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. There were a small amount of toiletries as well. The parking space is stacked - like you park one behind another which was fine with us, but if that bothers you, then I don't see a way around that. The pool area looked nice but we didn't use the pool and I didn't even walk over to see how it was - too busy doing other things. I can see where it would be nice, though. Great view of the marsh out the back of the condo.

The condo had a beautiful view of the marsh. We had a very short walk (1/2 mile) to downtown Folly. Drove to the beach, but had ample parking and space on the beach. Folly had lots of options to eat and drink. Condo location, parking and view made the trip a lot of fun.

It was spacious loved the screened in porch. We had an issue with the clothes dryer and ice machine but maintenance came quickly to repair. It was a nice experience.

We were visiting from Richmond, VA and had a great time at this cute apartment. We had two three year olds with us and the walk to the beach and to restaurants was not bad at all and having the pool was a great perk! We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed are stay! :)

We loved the condo. Great location with corner unit views. The screened in porch was nice, especially with the outside fan. Only wish is there had been beach chairs and maybe beach towels available for renters. We hadn’t planned many days on beach due to forecasted weather so we didn’t bring all of that. We ended up having more nice days than planned and wished we had had all of that.

We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was even bigger and nicer than it looked in the photos. Clean and comfortable! All amenities included. Full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer elevated the comforts of home. Loved the spacious balcony!

This condo was super clean and spacious enough for grandparents and 3 young kids. We really enjoyed the huge corner porch, which offered spectacular views and room for all of us to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Beds were comfortable, nice modern open floor plan, with a well stocked kitchen. This is our third summer in Folly Beach and the best accommodations we've found so far.

Beautifully decorated, great sunset views, wonderful location. Unit was clean and staff was very helpful. Convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. Having a pool was a nice alternative. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
