The kitchen has sleek new appliances and is fully stocked with the tools you need to make a delicious meal. There is cable as well as streaming services to catch up on your favorite show. The three bedrooms consist of a king bed and two queen beds. Peacefully wake up to the sunrise on the two twin daybeds in the sunroom. For groups that need more space, there is a twin sofa bed in the living room. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Through the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer. On the backside of the home is an outdoor shower.

The Happy Little Beach House allows 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC053570. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.
