The Maverick Amigos is made up of three modern homes that are next to each other, conveniently within a block of Center St., and within walking distance of the beach. Hudson House and Beach Maverick share a gate to connect their backyards and Tres Amigos is across the street from Hudson House. Each home has three parking spaces available.

Beach Maverick is a 3BR/2BA home that can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a large front porch to enjoy meals on a sunny day. Right inside is a modern kitchen that opens to the cozy living room. You will find a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. The middle bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. This home features a fenced-in yard, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC002695.

Hudson House is a 3BR/3BA home that can sleep up to 6 guests. This home has a large welcoming porch equipped with a bed swing perfect for an afternoon nap. There is a large fully stocked kitchen and living room with plenty of seating to enjoy the evenings after a long beach day. There is one large bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed and an ensuite bath. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite baths as well. They are separated by a comfortable lounge area where you and your family and friends can play games or watch a great movie or sports on Dish TV. There is an outdoor shower and fenced-in yard. Hudson House allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental: LIC005066.

Tres Amigos is a newly renovated 3BR/2BA home that can sleep up to 6 guests. There is a large open kitchen to make your favorite meal. This home has 3 bedrooms each with a king bed as well as 2 full bathrooms. It should be noted that one of the king beds can be converted into a set of two twin beds at an additional cost. Outside is a porch that overlooks the large fenced-in yard and a charcoal grill. This property is also pet friendly allowing up to 3 well-behaved, flea-treated dogs. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC043548.

This was a little slice of heaven for my family. With such a big group, the space allowed us to spend time together comfortably. There was so much to do all around us. Everything was clean. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. The amenities were so thoughtful. We had everything we needed and more! We would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back.
