Great first floor end unit condo right on the beach two blocks from the pier. It’s small but nice and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and private and the first floor location made everything very easy Literally 41 steps to the beach

EXTREMELY relaxing beach trip, the beach is right outside! Can relax at the beach just from the living room! Town is small and extremely walkable, a convenient store less than a block away. Amazing stay!!!

The location of this place could not be better! It is right in front of the beach with huge windows looking out over the ocean. It is walkable to all restaurants and bars downtown. The place is really clean and just what we needed for a long beach weekend. When we come to Folly, we plan to stay here again.

This was our 3rd time within a year staying in this area with Folly’s best and excited to plan another trip. We love how comfortable it is and how you feel right at home. Everything is provided for you and if you need anything, you’re walking distance from any food/convenience store. Another reason to stay here is the view, and easy access to the beach. We love being able to sit outside and enjoy the beach even when we aren’t walking on the beach. Overall it’s such a clean, relaxing place and I know we will definitely be returning.

My husband and I needed just a few day getaway and Folly Beach is always a good place. This was our first time this particular condo. The location was good. The condo itself is very low frills. They could really use a freshen up...from the furniture (inside and out) to the kitchen ware. The walls and ceilings are not soundproof and we could hear the people above walking around and moving things late into the night. The rental company does do a great job and check in/check out were quite easy

Great view and location to shops and restaurants… not that I wanted to leave once I arrived. Spent every minute that I wasn’t on the beach, sitting on the fabulous porch soaking in the ocean sounds and salt air. I’ll definitely be back

Very clean and well equipped with all necessities one should need; a very safe place and friendly people. The only thing that I would suggest would be to paint the bottom stair step on each landing a neon yellow; everything is painted gray and the last step blends in with the landing; also there needs to be more outside lights on steps and landing.....

We loved the little condo. Perfect size for one couple (too small for more then that). Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants and a wonderful view of the ocean. (Might be loud in the summer as it is right next to a large public access but this wasn’t a problem for us). Clean and compact and we will definitely plan to rent again next winter.

Loved this location! Very comfy stay, right on the water. You can easily walk to the “downtown” area of folly beach, and the famous Bert’s market is only one block away. Recommend!

The property sits right on Folly Beach, one short block from the main drag with its restaurants, bars and shops. The space is small but has a large picture window overlooking the ocean. Dining at the kitchen counter is a bit cramped when it’s too cold or rainy to sit outside, but when the sun shines it is absolutely glorious.

Loved this wee condo. Sat out on the porch and listened to the ocean. The shower was amazing. We would definitely stay again. Close walk to everything Folly beach has to offer. Easy access to beach from private boardwalk.

Cute condo in a great location. Nice deck and off street parking. The bedroom is right next to public access so early morning beachgoers will wake you. Well equipped and comfortable.

This property is great for a couple! It's located close to the restaurants and shops and right on the beach! Close drive to Charleston too. We've never been this late in the year, usually July or August, but the temperature was perfect! Our new October vacation spot is Folly Beach! This was our second time renting in this building and both units were great! We will be back!!

What a perfect location! It was a block from the center of Folly and mere steps from the ocean! We had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the sunrise. Great rental for a long weekend.

We highly recommend staying here. The views of the beach are beautiful. The property is small, but perfect for the 2 of us. Just a quick walk to Berts Market and the pier. Has a really cool shower too.

This place is great. Super easy to get to all of the great places to eat and a quick walk to the beach front! The corner balcony gives you privacy to sit out and enjoy the beach views. Super cozy and a great place to retreat from everyday life.

The beach access is the best part of this rental. The unit is really small, and the accoutrement were a bit sparse, but the location is excellent. The beach is footsteps away and Center Street is an easy walk. This unit is directly accessible to the lifeguarded area of the beach and they set up the chairs and umbrellas for rental. Also, since this is and end unit it gets full morning sun in the bedroom and living spaces.

Had a great time at The One on Folly Beach! The condo is on the first floor with a beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. The location is also very convenient to anything in town and there is a great market right down the street. We were interested in going into Charleston which was an easy drive so we were able to take advantage of the beach and a lovely city. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (except a corkscrew but easily remedied). Perfect spot and no issues!

The location within Folly is perfection as everything is a couple blocks away. The BEST store where you can literally buy anything you need/forgot for your stay in 1 block away at Bert’s (amazing place - try their homemade salsa). Only negative is super thin walls above and best to you but not much you can do there and the small public beach parking is on the side of this particular condo unit so at times could be noisy but we are young and no little kids so not a big deal. Literally can’t beat location and customer service was amazing.

The location of this condominium is great! It has an entrance right to the beach for your days spent out soaking up the sun. It is a very short walk to Center Street for dinner or a late night treat! The space was cozy to relax in after long days on the beach and the shower has a rainfall shower-head, a huge plus. My wife and I loved staying here!
