Our stay at Tres Amigos was awesome. The home is near Center St. with all the businesses/restaurants- very walkable. Beach access path is right next to the house. There’s a golf cart rental next door and the hosts provided us discount codes. Driveway - 2 SUVs and a golf cart can fit. Lots of people out and about. We were female only group & felt safe, no issues at all. The interior was open, bright, clean, spacious. Everything looks clean and new. They gave us soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, detergent pods for laundry, dishwasher, sponges , dishwashing liquid, etc., paper towels, toilet paper, ample towels, extra blankets in closets, trash bags. Many food utensils, plates, pots, pans, bakeware are present. Ample storage space in kitchen. I’d recommend bringing your oils, seasonings of choice for making your food. Harris Teeter and Publix are a quick drive.Bring extra hangers if you have lots of clothes. We loved the home and the hosts, will be back!

With having wedding festivities in downtown Charleston, Folly Beach and John’s Island, this 3BR/2BA fully updated home was a great choice that offered easy access to all three locations. Better than expected, it was immaculate, well furnished, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for a great stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The beach access is directly across the street, making the three block walk an easy stroll.

Was a great place to stay, the house had a perfect set up, with the 3 king size bedrooms and big open great room and kitchen. Was so close to all the restaurants and so easy to get to the beach. Will recommend it and will be going back.

This place was great. It smelled freshly cleaned when we entered. My mini goldendoodle loved the yard! I love the fact that each room has a king sized bed. Restaurants and bars are all in walking distance. The beach is only a few blocks away.

Beautiful home close to bars, restaurants, bert’s market, gas station and more. Comfortable and clean furniture and a great kitchen with everything you need to have a night in to cook. Met the owner and he was super nice! Would 100% stay here again.

The rental was even better than expected. So clean and newly renovated. We could walk to everything we wanted. All bedrooms offer a king size bed with ample interior space. Six adults were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space and large fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely rent this house again.

This recently renovated home was very thoughtfully done with high end finishes, an incredible master bath, bright open spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of off-street parking, nice outdoor spaces, and even an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large great room provided plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and enjoy our week there, and our 2 dogs loved the fenced in yard. Highly recommend this home for your family’s Folly Beach vacation!

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip. Fenced in yard for the pups and 3 bedrooms that had all King beds (you never see this). Master bathroom was a dream for me and my fiancé. Location was as good as it gets as we were a few blocks from the beach and directly across from the trail that takes you right to beach access. We were walking distance to all the main restaurants that folly has to offer. I would rate this Airbnb 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

Very clean, seems to have been recently updated. Nice appliances and well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the large porch and having the fenced yard was great for our friends dog. Fast Wi-Fi. Great location very walkable to the shops restaurants and beach.

This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and lots of space. The location was walkable to the beach and restaurants. It might be our favorite rental we have ever stayed in.

The house was outstanding. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was new. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient and loved the fenced yard for the dogs.
