This property was very clean. Every thing you would need is there for cooking, etc. The only bad thing was the bedroom didn't cool off enough with the one air conditioner. It did have a fan though so it was ok for sleeping at night. It could use a light over the dining table because it was very dark. Convenient for walking anywhere. We would stay again.

We had a great time on our trip. Great location to be in. Close to everything. The plumbing is interesting. Some faucets are backwards, but, we managed. Gave the place some character. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Having all the necessities of home and at a great price. Even with all the 'service fees' it's still more economical than most other places we looked into. We want to go back now if we could. We will be watching for our next trip as to secure this property again.

Folly Beach is an amazing place to vacation! The accommodations were close to everything and just what we needed. I would love to visit again!

I believe the time of year was a little unfortunate; there were several overcast days and construction on the main road/bridge. The property itself was well maintained and clean. If I returned to Folly for vacation again I would stay here if I had the same budget. The office was easily reachable if any concerns. The only issue while staying was a downtime on the internet; this was immediately resolved by the office without any problems. The access of a washer/dryer and full kitchen was very convenient. Also, the access to downtown for shops and restaurants was definitely within walking distance but not loud at night when time to sleep. The beach was within walking distance and convenient if you did not take a lot of items (cooler, chairs, etc). Center Stage was very nice and cozy. My daughter and I stayed here and enjoyed the homey feel of the apartment. Again, it was very clean and had many items already available (kitchen utensils, dishes, pans to cook). I thoroughly enjoyed my time here away from home.

This was a great place to stay as it was easy to coordinate with Folly's Best Rentals, a 5 min walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants (try Rita's!), in addition to being budget- friendly. I will definitely be coming back as Folly Beach has always been one of my most relaxing and fun getaways, only next time I'm staying for a week instead of just a weekend!

I was very pleased with my stay at Center Stage, which was a full month. I found the unit to be better than I expected and the management staff was great to work with. Alex and Tabitha make a great team and made me feel very welcome. The location is great, with a park right across the street (which had an art show on Saturday, with 30+ local artists) and a boat ramp next door. I was able to walk my kayak over and spend several days just paddling, fishing, and picking fresh Folly River oysters. I would absolutely recommend this property to someone looking for a great deal in a great location. The walk to Folly's restaurants and the beach is very manageable. This is not a luxury unit, but it is clean, comfortable, and a great location to enjoy everything Folly beach has to offer without blowing your budget.

I enjoyed staying here. Really nice folks to rent with. As the pictures show, everything was as described. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the beach (5 minute stroll) and even closer to most of the restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. The unit was clean and 'home-y'. The only downside was the A/C wall unit was in the living room and not bedroom, thus during the day, it was a little warm in the bedroom. Additionally, the shower was a bit on the small side. For a one-person stay (as was my case) this was a good option. It was quiet, away from lots of families and relaxing. Looking forward to visiting FB again!

Loved staying at Center Stage. It was perfect for my husband and I. The location was great and everything was a easy walk away. Really like all the extra's that Folly's Best provided. It made packing so much easier. I was glad I had read the review about the AC not getting to the bedroom very easily. We took a fan with us to pull the cool air back and it worked out perfectly. Everything was so clean and fresh. I hope to come back next year!!
