The cottage was the perfect getaway in a great spot. So close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. The Host was also very responsive.

Loved it here! Great little back yard and enclosed porch as well. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed too! Location is great! Loved being able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby too. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a great little cottage! My husband and I went with another couple and our basset hound. we had so much fun. The house is really close to all the fun restaurants and bars as well as the beach!! It was really clean with nice furnishings. The backyard patio was a great place to sit and have a glass of wine. We really enjoyed it.

We loved the location of this cottage and the privacy. The cottage was very clean and larger than we expected. We did not have any issues during our stay. Everything was perfect for a nice and short get-a-way! Will definitely book again in the future.

Super convenient, everything within walking distance. Beach access right by house and town was two blocks. Provided plenty of toiletries. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location to the restaurants and bars. Beach was a quick walk and easy to get to. We loved the stereo inside the home and spent a lot of time on the back porch!

We were so lucky to find this cottage available with only a months notice! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the cottage because we were surrounded by the best of Folly. Short walk to the beach, short walk to the grocery store, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. And the cottage was outfitted with everything we needed. Great outdoor space too!

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable house. Perfectly located with easy access to all Folly has to offer. Well appointed and super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great. Only gave a 4 star because the blind facing the walkway for access to the beach was next to the house. It had a slat missing which made it easy for anyone walking by could see into the house, no privacy. I put some paper between them so no one could look in. Everything was within walking distance, which was great!The back yard where we had to park had a lot of water when we first arrived but dried up by the next day, probably had a heavy rain the day before. All in all a good stay.

The house was perfect for the two of us and our basset hound. great yard. great location. close to everything but still quiet. appreciated the supply of towels and starter kit of dish soap, bags, etc. Easy walk to beach

The location of the unit was perfect. We were close enough to town and beach we were located within a reasonable distance of family to be able to celebrate and still relax at Folly. The unit is basic but provided everything one needs to function. The only complaint was not being able to raise the a/c so we weren’t so cold.
