Cannot say enough good things about this space. The condo is located close to the entrance of the community. Very easy to get in and out of, and the reserved parking spot is right outside your doorway. The condo itself is a very good size. Extremely comfortable for four people. The kitchen is fully stocked, we prepared a full Thanksgiving meal.. that stocked. Beds are firm and extremely comfortable. Patio was nicely sized and the sunsets were stunning every single night. The community (in the winter time) is extremely quiet. Minimal people and always felt extremely safe. The staff at Best Rentals were excellent. Even on the night before Thanksgiving, they were in the condo helping me navigate the TV and Wifi "issue" that was simply user-error :) Would absolutely book this place again.

We saw dolphins from the patio every day!! This place is beautiful! So clean. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We had a fantastic time!

what a wonderful place to stay!! easy check in, clean, accessible for our elderly guests that were with us! the view from the back porch was just picture perfect. The host was quick to answer any concerns we had!! we will definitely stay here again!!

Host was very responsive. There was a slight mix up with checking in that was fixed very quickly and check out instructions were unclear but the host responded immediately. Thermostat had to be kept quite a bit warmer than my family is used to. Location is beautiful right on a channel. Space was perfect for what we needed

I enjoyed staying here so much! The views were beautiful, the home was clean and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Sitting on the porch at dusk offers an unreal experience and view of the marsh. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the host responded to any questions promptly. I do wish that golf carts were allowed on property, we were hoping to use one for my father to get into folly and the beach since he cannot walk long distances. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Marniner's Cay was a quiet development that felt comfortable. Easy walk to Center Street to shop and grab a bite, or to the boat landing to rent SUP or Kayaks last minute.

This condo was very clean and beautiful! Pros: -loved the back patio area-very clean-a lot of kitchen supplies-very prompt help and customer serviceCons:- it would have been nice to know earlier than the day of that I would need a key card to get thru the gate. I was driving when the email came in and was not aware until I arrived at the location-I'd say this is more like a 20 min walk to the beach. It was fine for me though!-Would have liked to have known the tennis court was closed for renovations before traveling...I packed my tennis gear

We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful with peaceful view of the river. We especially loved the screened in outdoor space. It was well equipped with everything from games to beach blankets, even a French press and air fryer. Would definitely stay again!

This rental is perfection! Beautiful and peaceful location. Extremely well appointed kitchen. It has anything you could possibly need and more. Incredibly comfortable beds. High-end linens. Communication was very responsive. The pool was great! Walking distance to everything on Folly Beach. I could not recommend it more. Looking forward to the opportunity to go back.
